Our room had a few light bulbs burnt out ( one was the blue light for reading, which was inconvenient. As we didn't check in until late in the evening and were gone in the morning, there was not time to have these issues taken care off...the room was very hot ( thermostat claimed it was 64, closer to 74...we ended up turning on the ac at 63 just to get it to kick on for a bit to cool the room Again, our arrival and departure time did not give you time to address the iss

The hotel room was spacious, nice and clean.

COVID and other diseases exist and when we went to take advantage of the free breakfast before we checked out, I noticed that all of the plastic utensils (forks, spoons, knifes) were placed upside in the containers that we grabbed them from. Meaning we had to grab the utensils on the serving end of the plastic utensils. They were not individually wrapped. In my opinion, ideally if the plastic utensils are not individually wrapped then the set up should be a bit more hygienic by setting the handles of the utensils upside for people to grab, not the other way around.

Pool was not cold. Our room had a sitting area which is nice for guests. Staff friendly. Able to our 3 rooms near each other. Location was great for us. Breakfast was hot.

Handicap parking was a little farther to walk than expected. We parked across from entrance, which seemed closer to the door. Maybe the snow and landscape made it seem farther. .

The room was ready on time but was missing one thing and they were quick to get it to us, the whirlpool tube worked in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went the mile to help us.

The hot Tub in the Pool Area was not working again very disappointed , It seems to not working a lot

The breakfast was amazing!!! We were there 4 days and each day had something different to offer! The pool was large and clean. Overall this was one of the best places we've stayed, especially for the price!! Will stay here again when we travel back to MN!

We reserved a room with 2 beds but when we checked in they had us down for a different night. But our confirmation number showed we were correct but all they had left in rooms was a single bed handi-capped room.

Tiles by hot tub were in disrepair. Still usable but definitely needs to be fixed

It was very quiet and relaxing.

My spa water on Sunday morning was brown and had barely any hot water. I went to go use hot tub in pool area and that was out of order, so I asked at front desk an she mentioned them resetting the hot water tank and give it a little while. Later that evening it all worked.

It was located close to where we needed to be. The plaza across the street was very convenient for meals and a mani/pedi.

There was hair on the floor and bathtub from previous guests. A little more care should be taken when cleaning. vacuuming could be done better

size of rooms. clean. decent breakfast. nice sheets.

brown color scheme is depressing. bed frames were very creaky.
