The staff was very po k ite and professional. Everything we needed, food, coffee, even a drug store, and restaurants were within walking distance.

We just wish the trip was for a vacation or something fun instead of a serious medical issue. It was a perfect location to just kick and relax. Not the case on this trip. We really didn't get to relax and enjoy what they had tonoffer. We will be back. Thus is our new place to stay when we come to the T win Cities.

The pool was a perfect temperature which is very important for young children and the elderly. This is more important than we realize. Warm relaxing water is an absolute gift. Can't thank you enough for your care. Americinn is the only hotel that maintains a pool temperature that is not only tolerable but relaxing.

Absolutely nothing. Thrilled with the place

The staff was very friendly and the lobby and room was clean and neat. Upon entering our room we noticed a nice, clean smell. The air conditioner was nice, but hard to regulate so had to turn it off completely most of the night. Although the rooms are older, they have been re-painted nicely and the decor was pleasant.

It was hard to find a place to park since we got there later in the evening. There was some people hanging out in the parking lot that didn't seem to be doing much of anything but make some noise and I was a bit concerned that our vehicle would be safe there.

The breakfast was very good. Space permitting it would have been nice to have more seating to eat. The waffles were a big hit. It would have been nice to have yogurt as an option.

It was hard to stay asleep with the heater going on and off. The sound of it kept waking me and my friend up.

The breakfast was better than I expected. They had scrambled egg patties folded in half with melted cheese inside ad great coffee, oj, waffles, cold cereal, bagels, toast, & fruit

Maintenance needed on exhaust fans and hair dryers- all had lint covering their screens. Small flying nats in sink area- those sinks need a deep clean. Otherwise the place was clean and breakfast was good.

Only seen one person working. Checkin, filling pool towels, breakfast, etc. He was always friendly and handled the job well. It was a pleasant place to stay.

The breakfast was great. There were lots of good choices. The room was very comfortable. It was very quiet. The staff was very helpful.

Side door was not accessible after hours (no key card lock), but someone had propped the door with a small rock.

Clean room, cozy king size bed. Very quiet so I could sleep all night. I've stayed at your hotels many times & would recommend to others.
