The breakfast was AMAZING! Staff was super friendly, beds were super comfy, loved the full size name brand hygiene items, perfect little snack bar with good prices! Overall it was a very quiet and comfortable stay!

The main room door was squeaky - loud when opening and closing. Elevators could use updating.

Breakfast was okay, I was hoping for sausage in the gravy, for the biscuits and gravy! Hot tub was nice, we like that no kids after 10pm. The young lady that was at the front desk when we checked in was very sweet!

The housekeeper that I asked for more towels was not the friendliest!! Sorry 2 towels for 4 women staying 2 nights are not enough!! What was with the guard's walking the hallways shutting our door? We left it open so one of us could run down 4 doors to get ice, and a hall monitor came and flipped it and shut it saying, we need to keep the door closed at all times!! it gets stuffy in there, so we had it cracked open for air movement. We were in the room at the time, and to just reach in and close it, is not right!! Seriously???

Super friendly staff, great value that included a hearty breakfast, kids loved the pool and hot tub, room and hotel were kept very clean. Close to so many attractions and across from two grocery stores.

The mattress for the pull out couch was very uncomfortable.

The staff at st croix was extremely helpful and made sure we got our room that booking.com completely screwed us on,if it wasn't for them we would have to sleep in our car

Booking.com sucks,there customer service sucks, instead of solving the problem,the booking.com staff would put us on hold and eventually hang up avoiding the problem,I will never use the app again, and will tell anyone who will listen not to use it either 🤔

Good location just a few minutes from Interstate State Park. Super clean - I didn't find a single hair or stain or anything. Comfy bed. Everyone at the front desk I interacted with was friendly. Appreciated the water bottle refilling station too.

The entire hotel was spotless, the pool and hot tub were great and there was a nice selection at breakfast!

Mattresses were a little uncomfortable for my taste but I was still able to get a decent night sleep after hiking all day.

I would have given them a 10, but the fire alarm went off at 1226a woke me up then I had a hard time going back to sleep. There was no discount for the disruption of the stay. Would have been nice to get a 10% discount.

There was a pool with hot tub, clean rooms, comfortable beds, big breakfast selection. Coffee and warm drinks available in lobby 24/7.

There weren't any vending machines so you had to go to the front desk.
