I loved the price and the location.

Housekeeping only came in to give us fresh towels. They never made the beds or vacuumed the floors. one bed the sheets were to big, another bed the headboard wasn't attached to anything. The pool looked dirty, also the floors in the pool room. Also in the pool room, there was a pair of childrens underwear, along with a styrofoam cup. We were the only ones there. Many towels had holes in them. There were cobwebs on the balcony. The coffee machine gave very watered down coffee.

The hotel staff kept the room clean, changed trash, towels. Coffee was good tasting. Excellent t.v programming choice. Nice location.

The lobby needs a little better smell, as you enter its a little off putting, musty. Same with the room, had to buy air freshener. Not bad, but musty. Windows rattle ALOT during thunderstorms. Should have coffee at all hours since its self brewing machine.

The room was clean, we were able to sleep in a bed versus a car along the road, Shower in the morning was great, I always like that. Easy to get back on the route we had planned for ourselves.

I can't really say there was anything we didn't like, it is always interesting to see how each place is different but does job.

No freezer in fridge. Waffles stuck to the maker, maybe too thin. No eggs. No yogurt or bananas. Sheets wouldn't stay on bed, not thick enough for mattress. Uncomfortable mattress, only 2 pillows.

The room was really hot when we got there next day finally cooled off. The tv kept shutting off by itself. I got it going then it quit

The cost and efficiency of getting in so quickly.

Many times, the heavy odor of musky damp carpets was over powering. The common areas were far too warm.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was amazing! Big and very warm and well maintained! The staff was so sweet and treated us very well! They were so helpful when we moved it!!! We would stay here again!! The Dallas Restaurant was beyond AMAZING!!!! A MUST TRY IF YOU’RE IN THE AREA!!!!! Food was so good! A hidden gem! The inside was SO ELEGANT!!!!!

My only complaint was the incense smell. But I asked them to not burn it while I was there and they were so nice about not doing that. I explained how I get headaches from it and they were very accommodating with my request! So I really had no complaints as they were so nice about my request!

I didn't have the breakfast. I used the toster for my own sandwich prep. Nice to have frig in room. Everyone was great. The bed was good. I have a low back problem so not much would have helped. I missed my temperpedic bed of course.

A hair dryer would have been nice.

My preferred breakfast at a motel stay is with pancakes/waffles. Sausage links would be a tasty side.

that coffee, juice, and milk be available throughout breakfast period.

Older rooms but, CLEAN! Nice staff. Remodeling going on but not to disturb ones stay. Reasonable price! Will stay there again!
