We read others reviews and some were not so good but we took a chance and glad we did. The place was very clean and staff was all over the hotel busy working especially the lady who worked in dinning area preparing the breakfast and kept the place going. We travel a lot and always check reviews of others to make decision and this time we took a chance with some negative reviews which worked out good for us. Yes, this building is not like a newly developed but seems they have kept this place clean and comfortable for visitors. The breakfast was very good for hotels food being hot and kept coming to late ones. There were options for other restaurants and shoppings nearby.

The location is easy to find. The room was clean and warm. The shower was powerful with good temperature control. The bed was comfortable. The duvet appears thin at first glance but the room temperature is pretty stable despite the outside temperature so you're never cold. There is a good array of breakfast food and hot drinks facilities. There is a pool with hot spa and a gym.

The warm breakfast is a touch limited. When the white bread ran out it was not replaced for two days.

location was good. Staff was excellent. We had trouble with our toilet and within a half hour we had a different room. The breakfast was very good as were the fresh baked cookies! I really liked being able to close off the bedroom and having a separate sitting area with a second TV.

Figuring out how to get into the parking lot was interesting. The furniture in our room was in need of a good cleaning.

Exhaust fan & HVAC unit quiet = good! Provided breakfast also good. Staff courteous & friendly.

Room location near back entrance to dining area, (room 141). I live Way up North where it's very quiet, so the loud scraping of the dining room chairs early in the morning would wake me. Consider new felt(?) pads on the bottom of chair legs?! Thank you.

The location was great. The room was very clean.

The bed was not soft at all. Our room was over the lobby and there were lots of kids in the hotel in the lobby area which in turn was loud in our room. At one point a bunch of the kids ( around 13 years old) where right outside our door making lots of noise. We tried to leave and they would not move so we could walk down the stairs. Had to walk through them in order to leave.

There was a very minor issue with the door key cards. Several times during our stay they failed to work. Apparently also when a card is reconfigured it then disables all other cards for that room. Just a niggle but there. Otherwise everything was great.

My boyfriend had a wonderful stay here all because of Laura! We came to town for a wedding and we arrived earlier than the check-in time, but were in a crunch as the wedding would start around close to the time of check-in. That would leave us very little time to get ready and go. Thankfully, Laura checked us in and was able to accommodate us, even upgrading us to a nicer room. She was so, so kind and she seems to be the spirit of the place (she decorated the lobby nicely for the Halloween holiday). The place was nice and clean and had all the little amenities you would need for travel. Breakfast is included and it had solid options, unlike others. We so appreciated this stay. If we are ever in town again, we would stay here.

There are no sun blocking curtains or shades. There was a shade but it was white and not light blocking. A pickup was outside my first floor room and the lights were on for almost two hours. In high. I could not also.

The breakfast provided was well done, with nice variety each day.

Bathroom exhaust fan needed bearings oiled.
