Everything. The host was making us feel as at home. The rooms are big and clean. Kitchen is full of whatever you need. The garden is small but full of flowers and the swimming pool has jets on it to relax. And you are very near the Hollywood boulevard with lots of restaurants..

This property is perfect and every care for your comfort has been considered. The facilities are extremely clean. I can’t say enough about how the owners have gone “ over the top” to care for their guests.

I liked absolutely everything. The place is so nice that I can’t believe they aren’t booked solid.

Spacious, clean, comfortable. Free stuff in the suite, nice warm pool with jets, 2 great TVs. It was a perfect place and perfect stay. We even extended an extra night because we loved it so much. I will stay here anytime. Thanks for everything Eddie!!

The location is perfect. Quiet neighborhood, close to restaurants and malls. The appartment is very spacious, clean and comfortable. A heated pool in a nice garden. And the best is Eddie, the owner, who is extremely helpfull and takes care of every single detail. We'll surely come back again.

Perfect location, walking distance to bars, restaurants and coffee shops, and still very quiet. Accommodations exceeded out expectations. Extremely clean and comfortable. Everything we needed and more was included. The outdoor area was magical and peaceful, perfect to relax and enjoy the weather. The owner was very nice and helpful, he provided plenty if information on things to do around the area. Will definitely stay here again, and have already recommended it to friends.

Having to leave to go home

Eddy covered every single detail, from pillows to toiletries, even munchies, and coffees. The pool is heated, and the location is perfect. Two blocks from the restaurants and cafes of downtown Holywood. Ten minutes from Aventura, ten from the beach, and 35 from Sawgrass. It has two TVs with any imaginable number of networks. Everything works well and is impeccably clean. We will definitely be back.

Owner was extremely nice. Everything in the unit was done with taste and thoughtfulness, down to every tiny detail
