The breakfast is excellent to start the day. Highly recommend it. The check out is quick and easy. The staff has great attitude to welcome and answer all questions and help us to keep our luggage after the check out time, so we can continue to explorer the beautiful city for our afternoon train.

It is smaller than the same Clarion hotel in other cities based on my knowledge. It is an older hotel. I might stay in another hotel closer to the castle with the free dinner for a little bit more price.

Super fast internet. great location. the parking spot was ok. clean room. helpfull personel.

Just the pillows, were too "hight", in the breakfast options i would like to see more sweets perhaps. after the omelet you want something sweet, not only pancakes. but again, everything was perfect, i cannot complain.

The staff is super nice and the breakfast buffet selection with focus on local products and additional organic, gluten-free, and not-dairy (soy, oatmilk) options was great and beyond expectations.

We got aroom in which the AC wasnt worinkg and the window wouldnt open. They moved us to adifferent room. Breakfast was goog. Excellent location. Opposite the hotel there is aclosexmarket which was beautiful.

Breakfast was out of this world delicious, tons of variety. Sauna was amazing and the room was very comfortable.

Almost everything. Dry sauna was great. I liked the breakfast except for the scrameggs they were gooey with water.

Pool can be hotter. Steam sauna was dirty and way to little steam in it.

The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and friendly with our requests for multiple rooms close to one another and our early morning departure.

The hotel parking was full when we arrived and had to find pay parking elsewhere.

Booking.com charged us a premium on top of the base room charge for traveling with a child needing a separate bed yet front desk tried to charges us again for the same, saying that booking.com messed up. Ultimately he waived the charge but the whole experience wasn’t great.
