First thing that popped up was that the front desk gentleman was very kind and thourough it was greatly appreciated bc they were very busy. Secondly, my room was much cleaner than any other hotel stay in West Broward so far, better than any Laquinta and Hampton they even outdo the Marriott Courtyard in Coral Springs. I didn't feel fleas biting me as I do many other hotels around here! I've had to try many and most of the time it's just not a pleasant experience.

The bathtub needs an upgrade at least on my floor and my room. Parking lot to get more light at night?

Great location. 15 mins from sawgrass mills, 8 mins or so from other malls. Good amount of restaurants within walking distance. Nova Southeastern and other colleges about 15 mins away. Staff super helpful and welcoming. A special mention to Simone at the front desk who went out of her way to help me. Felt very safe and welcoming.

Not much to say. If you are a gym buff then know that the workout room is small and fairly sparse. Breakfast is ok.

Everything was great. I came in and was greeted and helped by a pretty lady named simone. Even though she was heavily pregnant and it was her birthday, she was extremely helpful and attentive to what I was asking of her. She set up my online rewards account And made sure I had enough towels and extra blanket.

There was only one elevator working. Which is fine, except for the elevator handyman kept turning off the elevator without letting us know. But I'm sure the elevator is now fixed and both are available for use

This property is recently remodeled so is very good value for the money. No funky carpet, rooms are clean, bathroom clean. This was not a vacation stay. Home was being fumigated (termite tenting) so we had to move out for a few days, and chose this property for its proximity.

Even with curtains opened, our south facing room was quite dark. This was fine for my husband who spent most of the time working on his computer. I tend to prefer bright and sunny.

Just stayed 1 night while waiting for cruise. The room.was HUGE!! 5 adults stayed and there was plenty of room, never felt crowded Completely newly renovated. Clean carpets and walls, Great breakfast with large assortment of hot foods.

The elevator to our wing wasn't working on check in. We had to carry luggage up 1 flight, ot a big deal for our group, not the best for our 70 and 75 yo parents. But the next morning, it worked fine.

AC unit had a sour smell and we chose to turn it on sparingly, the bathroom faucet was hot water only, TV chanels were limited and the Fox News channel had an audio delay from the picture by several seconds and made me wonder why that was the only channel with the problem.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in the King Suite. The hotel staff, which included house cleaning, breakfast, and front office, were friendly, helpful, and very kind. The room was very spacious, welcoming, and clean. Thank you to the management and staff for making our stay a most surprisingly successful and enjoyable one!

The room was cleaned, air conditioner was super quiet, something that I loved due to bad experiences in other places, the staff was super friendly and customer service was amazing.

Excellent cost benefit, especially if compared with similar brands. Hotel looks renovated. Very friendly staff helped me with a situation with my luggage, many thanks to managers Nicolle and Jenny.
