The staff are lovely and the location and parking is excellent. The property is nicely decorated. The room is comfortable and warm. Breakfast was sufficient ...the coffee was excellent and set us up for our day ahead. Lermer is a beautiful old town with some beautiful buildings. We will be back to stay.

It had nothing to do with the hotel, but the sat nav sent us up the extremely narrow streets of Lerma.... Do not go up the road on the left , just before the arch unless you have nerves of steel and a small car! We abandoned the car and set off by foot to find the property. We then proceeded to get lost! A young couple came to our aid and took us to the hotel....which is situated right on the main road and in a great location!

Location on the main road, parking if available opposite the hotel. Check in swift and practical, receptionist was lovely and feisty. Our double room with AC was fine, our boys obvthe 2d floor has no AC but 2 fans which were perfect. Clever system of 2 options for breakfast, at very reasonable prices, full breakfast includes non lactose options, tortilla, ham and cheese. Dog friendly place very close to historical center

Bathroom in our double room (first floor) awkward with very tight bathroom. Wooden floors creak. Don't take heavy luggage as there is no elevator.

This is a central town hotel. Parking was opposite in public parking adjacent. The staff were welcoming and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet with a very good selection of drinks, patties and cereals. The overall impression was of one the best hotels we have stayed in, in Europe.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. The only downside was the lack of restaurants for an evening meal. Apart from breakfast meals are not served in the hotel.

Lovely room, very comfy bed and perfect bathroom all in a very stylish building. Lady on reception was very pleasant and actually showed us to our room. Supermarket opposite, very handy, and several bars. Dog walking area to the rear of the supermarket.

Floors a little creaky and the sound carried quite a bit, but guessing this might be due to the age of the building.

First of all the team here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. It was cold and damp outside so asked if we could buy some food from the supermarket opposite and eat in the dining area as it was closed on a Tuesday. We were made very welcome. Excellent value for money, dog friendly and free parking just a few metres away, what’s not to like. To add to our experience, Lerma is absolutely stunning. We will be back on our return visit, hopefully when it’s warmer 😀

Nothing to dislike

The check in was quick and easy and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. The room was small but had everything we needed. The shower was hot and powerful. We picked the small breakfast which was very good. Coffee, orange juice and toast. The parking was free and just across the road so it meant we could keep an eye on our car.

There was no lift which was no problem for us but would be for elderly people.

Ideally situated just off the motorway and for walking into the old town, the accommodation was clean, comfortable and warm with a strong, hot shower over the bath. We were at the back of the hotel and the room was very quiet during the night. The beds and pillows were comfortable with good quality bed linen.

The room was spotlessly clean and warm. The staff were brilliant and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. On our departure, we were presented with a surprise Christmas present which was a beautiful gesture. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be back next year.

The hotel was easy to find . It was in a lovely locality with plenty of culture and history . Lovely bars and restaurants . Situated within 3 hours of Santander so an ideal stopover . Family run establishment with a proprietor who speaks good English . Plentiful included in the price breakfast . Easy parking across the road which felt very safe .

Everything was great

The hosts at this hotel could not be more welcoming and charming. The room was spotless and warm with very good WiFi. One of the best breakfasts of any hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Wide range of things to tempt you and, again, spotlessly clean and in an attractive bright room. The hotel’s location is just round the corner from the five minute climb up to the main square and the Parador. It’s always a delight to return to Lerma and knowing that this hotel is here at a bargain price adds to the anticipation. Highly recommended!
