Great location, comfortable and super clean.

I made a reservation for 2 days because I was going to arrive very early on the second day and didn’t want to wait for the regular Check-In time, so I contacted the hotel via bookings two times explaining my check-in time. The hotel said they didn’t receive any communication and cancelled my reservation. So you don’t use bookings, to communicate to the hotel.

Great hotel in a lovely place! It’s our second time in this place and we really liked it! First and foremost all members of stuff of the Marriott in Burgos are great! However, me and my Dad would like to express our great appreciation to Ms.Estefania from the reception (I hope I wrote the name correctly). The lady is so kind and very helpful! The rooms are clean and the design is lovely. Nice breakfast as well. The location is right in the city centre which makes easy to walk around by foot. There is also an underground parking. We would be happy to stay here again:)

The hotel was perfectly situated within easy access to the riverside promenade and the old town square. The room was very comfortable with a view over the Promenade and the river. We only stayed one night unfortunately. Burgos was beautiful.

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. If you arrive late be aware that the cleaning staff are very chatty and enthusiastic in the morning! Some power points I tried were a bit lose and my adaptor didn't hold. Others were available however.

Location is great. The hotel is not difficult to find by car and offers private parking without need for reservation. Then it is an easy 5 minute stroll to the cathedral, plaza mayor and tapas bars. Reception staff was great, efficient and friendly and booked a massage for us. Breakfast was good, with lots of choice and ripe fresh fruit.

For one of us the bed was a little hard. But that was all really. For us it was the perfect place to stay innBurgos.

Cost of drinks in bar in relation to neighbouring bars

Set in the heart of this beautiful city of Burgos. Walking distance to many places of interest plus plenty of places to eat. Our room was spacious and overlooked the river. A warm comfortable room with a small fridge to keep drinks cold.

I found the bed really hard and uncomfortable as did my husband. I didn’t sleep too well but again that’s probably because I had a lot of back pain. Sadly no kettle in the room again. Fortunately because we are aware of foreign hotels not catering for a tea and coffee service we take our own along with us.

Raquel was EXCEPTIONAL. She made everything about our stay truly enjoyable and was always prepared to assist us with our every need. The location cannot be beat. A stone’s throw from all the major attractions, but still wonderfully quiet on a beautiful tree-lined street next to the park and river.

Rooms comfortable but lacking in certain amenities like coffee machine, kettle, assortment of teas, coffees, etc.

Great location. We were shocked by Burgos and how amazing and cute it is to walk around. Seriously what a gem of a city. This hotel is close to Tom’s of restaurants and main things to see and it was very clean and well kept. Breakfast was pretty good, had everything you would want. Eggs fruits and pastries and meats etc. Everything was clean and staff was very friendly. Parking was easy underground. Would stay again!

The location couldn’t be better! Staff were attentive and efficient. It’s the perfect place to be at in order to enjoy the spectacular old town and all the nearby restaurants and bars but away enough to not be in the hustle and noise of the late nights. There is no other hotel that has this beautiful position, by the river and 2 minutes walk from all the amazing things to see and do.

The common parts are a bit dead! Needs a great bar in the basement area where u can sit comfortably. Lightning all a bit bright in the evening so it lacks atmosphere. No ‘cool’ bar, as such, to sit at inside, if u don’t want to sit in the heat. The online pictures of the bar (in the breakfast/dining area)make it look attractive to hang out in but it’s not! Beds are a bit hard, and no options on pillows. Rooms are fine, if a bit bland.
