This hotel is well-located near the cathedral but not too close to be noisy, and the Camino is about a block away. The windows also were well-insulated and I got a couple of nights of good rest. The room also had an enclosed balcony which I used to dry some merino wool clothes with the windows opened. Luckily, this place has an elevator, which helps with moving luggage and tired camino legs. The receptionist was helpful in guidance to the Museum of Human Evolution (fantastic museum--highly recommend!). If she hadn't told me it was closing in a couple of hours of my arrival (and closed the following day), I would have missed this gem. My bathroom was one of the best of all the (private room) places I stayed on the camino, and the room climate controls worked like a blessing. Decent breakfast for 6.95 Euros.

Not much to complain about.

The room was clean and well appointed. I enjoyed the location in the historic district with its many shops, cafes, restaurants, and places of cultural significance within easy walking distance.

I arrived at the hotel by taking a bus from the train station and a short walk. Thank goodness I did not have a car, because the area is a relatively complicated labyrinth of narrow historic streets that can be difficult to distinguish from pedestrian promenades. It is a lively area, so for those wanting a more tranquil experience, it may not be ideal. Street noise diminished significantly after about 11 pm, though.

Room was nice quiet and had a very comfortable bed. Shower was extra nice. The breakfast, available for an additional small charge was wonderful. Great coffee, fruit and an assortment of additional breakfast items. The hotel staff from check-in until check-out were all great. Housekeeper was very nice and kept things looking beautiful.

I enjoyed the check-out that was late morning. It gave me plenty of time for an enjoyable breakfast in the hotel.

The central location in the old town extremely close to the historic cathedral. Very quiet. Excellent cleanliness.

Lack of shelf in bathroom to put toiletries on. Lack of kettle and tea/coffee in bedroom. Not being advised of change of security code to gain entrance to hotel. .

It was a very nice property for the price. Very clean and a good breakfast offering. The location is adjacent to both Plaza Mayor and the Cathedral. I would stay with them again.

The check in process was a little confusing after the reception closed at 4, but they were very helpful in getting us in promptly via a video conference

The location is perfect, provided you have a room at the back. The staff is lovely, very helpfull indeed

The noise from the main street with people celebrating until the early hours is to much. You have to keep the windows closed and the airco on. Than the noise is tollerable. The breakfast is reasonable. No eggs, no whole weat bread. During the weekend the breakfast is late, so we missed it at 7 (although payed for) because we had to catch our flight.

Excellent location close to most attractions, bars and restaurants . Quiet room on the 5th floor, very clean and comfortable, although a little small it was ideal for an overnight stopover. Efficient air conditioning and good en-suite bathroom. Very clean breakfast area with enough continental choice to satisfy most travellers.

The underground car parking is not very easy to find but offers a safe, covered space at a special negotiated rate with the hotel.

Nice spacious, quiet room, all the required shopping and eating outlets right at the door, basically. The lovely Stefanie allowed us early bag storage and then helped find a specific shopping outlet. Above and beyond, thank you.

The only downside is you can't get to it with a car ,so a 5 minute walk is needed

Excellent location. The room by North American standards would be classified as small. European standards it is good. I find the space at foot of bed is very narrow. Excellent shower.

Sound proofing of the windows was poor. The noise at a nearby party woke me at 0330hr.
