We had one of 8 (I think) apartments on the same floor of a block built on the side of the the old fortifications of Burgos. It was clean, quite well equipped and worked really well for us. It's a pleasant walk to the citadel from which there are stunning views of the city and a downhill stroll to the cathedral. Handy hint - at the bottom of C/ Murallas, turn left, through the arch and there's a bus stop (No 18) straight into town for 1.20 euro. Taxi back is about 6 or 7 euros. 3 nights here is just long enough to explore this ancient city and take in the Museum of Human Evolution. Visit the cathedral and you'll never need to visit another!

The apartment was fine but didn't feel very homely. It's a bit of a hike uphill to reach it.

Nice and very clean, large enough for a family of 4. The “rooms” are separated by a half-wall, but it gives sufficient privacy for a short stay. It has a large common terrace . The pillows and mattresses are very comfortable and we had a great sleep after a long trip day. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need, except shampoos and conditioner. The wardrobe had lots of space and many hangers ( which I appreciate). There is always a space for parking near the house.

We have asked for 1 hour extension and it was accepted, but exactly at 12.00 when we were loading the car the lady that cleans and administrate the apartment appeared with a technician to serve the dishwasher that apparently was broken of which we weren’t informed. She entered in and it felt like pushing us out . The lack of toiletries ( shampoo & conditioner)

Very quiet location, spacious apartment, very new and good quality fixtures and facilities. Kitchen more than adequate. Very comfortable bed, excellent duvet. Free on-street parking. Lots of local shops, including a Mercadona, down the hill. Cathedral and castle within walking distance.

The email telling us the entry code wasn't sent until too late on our arrival day. We were already flying and had difficulty getting the information. We didn't realise when we first arrived that we needed to go down 1 floor to the apartment. Admittedly, there is a sign but we didn't understand its meaning. Please let people know before they arrive. All the neighbours have hung signs outside showing their opposition to the apartments to let and telling us we couldn't use the terrace or gardens. These signs have been there for at least 2 years. This made us feel unwelcome but didn't affect our stay. No instructions for the cooker or shower.

It is a lovely spacious apartment. Extremely clean and modern. 20 mins walk from the centre. Lovely staff. Quiet.

It is an extremely hilly area which was difficult for my husband as he uses a wheelchair. The bed was far to high for him to lift himself from his chair. The toilet is very low and the bars are placed very high. The toilet had no back for him to lean against, so he fell backwards.

This was an amazing value for money apartment within easy walking distance of the old city of Burgos. Very quiet at night. Fully equipped kitchen including microwave and dishwasher. Large comfortable bed and spotless bathroom. Large sofa and TV. Washing machine and dryer on site. It had everything we needed. We stayed 2 days and visited the Cathederal and the Museum of Human Evolution - both highly recommended. We also went on a 30 mile bike ride along the disused railway line.

Nothing.

Well equipped and bright apartment with views towards trees and over rooftops into the distance. The apartment had everything we needed and it is easy to walk to the centre of lovely Burgos. There was plenty of car parking available on the street outside. It was also easy to walk to a view point over the town too.

There was plenty of e-mail communication with our hosts, Each new message seemed to be on the end of previous communication so essential communication could have been lost.

Very modern. A walk over the Fort Hill takes you to the city. Quiet area with private houses, so dare I say it, middle class surroundings.

All communications were electronic, maybe this is the future, human free. Being a self contained flat, a map of the local food shop would have been good. There is a large supermarket down the hill but not visible.

Super comfortable appartment in a new building, spacious, well equipped, nothing to complaine, perfect value for the money. Parking in the area is not a problem, lot of options, usually there is a space in front of the building. The host is available online and ready to solve any problem. You can easily walk to the center of Burgos in 10 minutes.

We really loved the fact that it had lots of plates and silverware, and a dishwasher that freed up time. Even though the property is apparently away from the historical center a bit, it's easy to get to and as hikers we especially liked the fact that it was possible to go through the green zone near castle to get there.

It's in a quiet residential neighborhood,, but it seems one of the neighbors likes to do their laundry in the middle of the night.

Spacious room with good quality materials. Great bed. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Easy access with code. Good facilities in the room. Parking in the street without issues. Great value for price!

Without a car it requires a little climb to walk to the old city centre.
