This hotel offers many highlights that made our stay enjoyable: the bathroom was excellent, featuring a fantastic shower and modern design. The room layout was clever and comfortable, with a very cozy bed that ensured a great night's sleep. The location is ideal, close to everything in Burgos, and the staff was extremely attentive and courteous – they really made an effort to help with anything we needed..

However, there were a few issues that affected the overall experience: One window couldn’t be properly closed, and since the room was on the first floor with a flat roof outside, this raised some safety concerns. The air conditioning wasn’t working, and we were provided with a tower fan instead, which was not ideal on warm days. The view overlooked a dirty backyard, which wasn’t very appealing – though it wasn’t a major issue, as we spent most of our time exploring Burgos. Conclusion: A well-located and comfortable hotel with great amenities and excellent service. A few technical issues detracted slightly from the stay, but overall it’s a solid choice for a city trip to Burgos

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel! The weather was horribly windy and it was so nice to return to the warm hotel room. The internet connection was strong and everything was very clean. Also, the room had one of the best showers I've ever had in hotels. Everything is new, the room was spacious. The hotel is 10 mins away from the bus station, the Museum of Evolution and also the cathedral. An ideal location.

Maybe it would be even better if there was a bit more light in the room. Not a minus but just a heads up for those who are going to share the room: the bathroom doors are made of transparent glass.

Very pleasantly suprised by this hotel, it exceeded my expectations given how affordable the rate was. It's in a quieter neighborhood at the edge of old and new towns, super close to the Teatro Principal where my favorite breakfast cafe is, and there's a really cool music bar, Rosa Cannale, right next door to the hotel. Walking distance to everything in the old town. I very highly recommend it!

It’s central and easy walking distance to cathedral which is the main highlight. At the same time, it avoid the noise and hustle bustle of the busy streets and square. My double room in fourth floor was spacious and had high ceiling. The receptionist ( the owner) was very helpful. He helped me made calls to book accomodation in my next town.

I was just unfortunate to have someone very noisy in the room above me. However this wouldn’t put me off of staying again.

Great location near cathedral and great restaurants (try Curcuma and Bosque Encantando!!), tea available in the lobby at all hours, very nice clean room and bathroom.

Smell of cigarettes in the lobby but that is downstairs and far from the room so it didn’t affect most of our stay.

Our room was right above a busy street and there was very loud noise ALL NIGHT… we couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the bars which seem to be open all night.

Comfortable stay about 10 minutes from the cathedral. Street is lovely with restaurants and bars. Shopping area is very close by as well as the river. Comfortable beds and good water pressure in the shower. Staff was very helpful.
