As a father and son preparing to start our Camino journey, we found Hotel Boutique Museo to be clean, comfortable, and staffed by very helpful people. While they couldn’t accommodate our request for two beds, they thoughtfully provided extra blankets and a pillow so my son could sleep comfortably on the floor. I accidentally left behind a few personal items—not the best way to start the Camino—but the staff held them at the front desk, and we were able to return by taxi to retrieve them. We truly appreciated their care and service!

Warm welcoming staff. Liked the reception area and availability of the cafe and the music Room had spacious feel. Was well designed. Cool day. Room was light with afternoon evening sun and good temperature. No air conditioning required. And window opens for ventilation Mattress uneven with large dips. Needs replacing but strangely comfortable for one person. Wifi good Location easy 5 to 10 min walk to cathedral and all main areas. Also bus station. Would stay here again but would agree with previous comments. Needs a deep clean. My room had not been swept. Desk surface needed a good wipe and there were stray hairs.

Thank you Rafael for a lovely stay while on the Camino of Santiago. The hotel was not on a busy area of Burgos and yet easy enough to get to all the touristy places. Great place and congratulations to the housekeeping staff for a clean and comfortable room. Dominique ( Île Maurice/ Australie)

Perhaps a kettle in the room would have been great.

A very quiet hotel with a bar on site. The rooms were not massive, but had a large walk in shower in the bathroom. Free parking on the street outside was a bonus. Easy to get to if driving.

Not a lot of bars or restaurants near the hotel, but only a short pleasant walk to the sights in the centre of Burgos.

Such a relaxed, friendly hotel. A stone's throw from the astonishing Museum of Human Evolution, and an easy, pictureque walk to the Cathedral. Room decorated simply and with charm. The caféteria had a nice, neighborhood feel about it. But, above all, I found the staff charming and helpful.

I would've liked a glass in my room. Makes taking medication easier.

The property was clean and very modern looking.

I tried food at the bar that was part of the hotel and I am pretty sure it made me sick. The food had been sitting out. I also thought it was closer to the cathedral but the walk was ok

Great location, right next to the Museum of Human Evolution and very close to the cathedral. Beautifully comfortable beds and there was safe storage for our bicycles.

Quirky (in a good way) little hotel near the museum of evolution. Was having a bit of redecorating done while we were there to freshen up for the summer season. Great location and friendly staff, also has a cafe bar.

Breakfast was completely adequate but rather expensive when you are used to paying 4€/5€ for the same.

Really close to the centre, beautifully clean with a lovely café on site. Excellent friendly reception staff.

Did not sleep at all as the beds were rockhard and the pillows were awful. Loved this hotel but did not get a good nights sleep because of the quality of the bed.
