The value for the stay was fantastic. The breakfast was generous, though continental (i.e. cereal, toast, oatmeal, hot drinks). We had a room with a private bathroom and bunks; our friends had an eight-person bunk room and shared bathroom, which was adequate. The overall experience was very pleasant, and the location a block from the city center was great. Overall, everyone had a very positive experience. Thank you!

Shared bathroom for our group of friends needed a repair or two. It did get noisy at night if others were up and about in the hallways; this only happened one night of the four nights we stayed. Beyond that, we really enjoyed our stay.

The location is very central, right next door to the bus station, the market and 3 supermarkets. Most points of interest in Burgos are within walking distance. Nevertheless it's quiet at night. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to Daniela who helped me get reasonable prices during the Sampedros. <3 The room has a window and a fan which make the heat more bearable. There are big lockers in the room which was big enough for my big backpack. The included breakfast is good and has some non-dairy and some gluten-free options too. The kitchen is reasonably equipped, with many utensils, just there's no stove so you can't really cook. There's a big dining room in which I could also work on the computer as it has many electric sockets. The Wi-Fi is good. The hostel is clean.

I had to leave :( Someone stole some of my food during the Sampedros when most shops were closed. 🤬 The light above the showers doesn't work.

The staff was wonderful Kamila and Maria where more than helpful, they gave me the best local insights and went out of their way to help me with everything

The location was adjacent to bus station and within 5 minute walk to historic city centre. I noted that Daniella and Camilla were exceptionally helpful and patient with the myriad of questions and concerns from visitors. I was grateful for the added assistance I was provided.

Check-in and check-out were smooth. The staff were very friendly and responsive when we had questions about the stay before arriving. The location was fantastic. The room was comfortable. I liked that there was 24h access to the hostel.

The room got a bit chilly and we couldn't adjust the heat. But overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely book again.

Comfortable, clean, reception were very kind, helpful and friendly. Lockers for each bed, euro returned to you.

They provide breakfast but it’s pretty basic. Main issue was children running the halls and slamming doors until midnight. Made it hard to sleep.

2nd floor common place

The dorm is under my expectations. Didn't have good sleep, especially 2nd night ,they put three gentlemen with me (a lady)in the same room,so the snoring of the three gentlemen is like a chaotic symphony.

Good location and easy to buy anything,There are several supermarket near hostel. The main church is also near. Quit nice kitchen and breakfast, it's clean and convenient.The shower room is also good

No place to dry clothes for hand washing

Great location very handy for historic heart of Burgos. I needed to stay an extra night in Burgos and the staff were able to accommodate me without fuss. The rooms and bathrooms were all very clean. Large common areas with microwave and dishes.

Check-in process took ages with long queues each day in reception.
