Excellent location. Everything was clean and nice. I specially like the waffles at breakfast. Good price.

Easy ingress and safe return to traffic; multiple eateries, all the staff responsive and caring to the various surprises. Quiet location. The send room, though it too faced west, had a palm tree blocking most of the western sunlight which helped cool the roo.m faster before we we t to sleep.

The wing we were in faced west making the room very hot and difficult to cool. An unexpected flooding issue occured in the middle of the night that our dog alerted us to as her pet carrier and blanket were soaked. The overnight staff person allowed us to move two rooms over as i wasn't sure whether the water was coming from the adjacent room. Because our trip included personal business and family, we merely slept there for the 2 nights. The second night was uneventful and restful.

the swimming pool was very clean and the breakfast was very good. I got to my room and the bed was clean as well as the bathroom. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for something right off of IH37!

There really wasn't much I could complain about... I only didn't like that I couldn't spend more time in the room as I was at the beach all day!

I was well satisfied with my room and the facilities overall. The hotel is older but seems to be maintained to an acceptable standard. The location is next to a Dennys and a 7-Eleven. The room price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. It is a total non-smoking property. 4.5 Stars.

Location was accessible to the Highway, gas station and store beside , beds were comfortable, quiet . Pet friendly.

The first room we were assigned was terrible, it wasn’t clean or who do the cleaning was terrible, floor dirty , hairs in the bad tub , shampoo drip on the side of it , and a roach dead at the entrance of the room.. Ask the front lady to switch it and she was very polite offer an apology and give us other room ..The other room was in a better shape but still issues power outlet with a broken cover behind the bed 😳definitely short of my expectations . Breakfast very limited items.

The room was very nice and very spacious. The bed was very comfortable also the pillows were comfortable. The small refrigerator had a lot of space for my water bottles. The restroom was very clean.

The sheets had dirty smudges and the bathtub on the very center where the water goes to the drain it was a bit dirty.

I liked the room. It was quiet and it was comfortable.

It wasn't as clean as I had hoped. There were flies all over the room and there was a piece of a condom wrapper inside one of the nightstand drawers.

It was nice clean the employees and managers were very good and helpful

That people that go to stay there don't respect other people's privacy there was also only one other thing wrong with my room the shower head was broke

Easy access, friendly staff and good value

TV in room had a line running across screen that affected viewing. Shower had no cold water. Went from hot to extremely hot. Sink faucet had no aerator so flow was very strong. Bathroom needed a thorough cleaning as walls had a hair on the wall above left side of toilet

Check in was quick, was impress of the room set up it made me feel welcomed and reserved. The spot can give you 15% off on food at Denny right across the hotel!

The Restroom needs to be up to date, rebuild & finish touches, tiles were cracked, bathtub was if I were to take a mud bath, the Ceiling looked to over painted cause of water damage in restroom area
