Staff was very pleasant and the bed was comfortable.

My room was in disrepair. The shower rod was leaning against the wall and curtain laying in the tub. Also there was no vanity counter space , just a sink. I requested a better room and was quickly accommodated. My question is what criteria is used to determine whether the guest is assigned a " poor room " or a better quality room 🤔 ? My brother booked the same hotel ( through different booking source and a different day) . His room was the same as the one we were moved to after the first very disappointing room. I would like to know how this decision process is determined .

The price. The location. The cleanliness of the room. Easy to check in and out.

Upon checking in there was a huge line because only 1 person was in the front desk check in/out and help others. The tv in our room didn’t work at all. It was stuck in 1 channel (sports). We had NO remote in the room. When I went to go report it we got a random control they had laying around and that control looked broken too. It didn’t change the channel on the tv only the volume. Buttons on the tv didn’t work either only the on/off. The sofa bed was broken. It wasn’t functional even to place a duffle bag on top because it was cracking.

This place is always a good choice. Not the best, but a solid choice. The location is good. It has fast food restaurants around and corner stores around as well. It has a full breakfast, a pool, and the girl up front is ready to help. The price wasn't too bad either. I would stay again.

The AC didn't keep up with cooling the room to a stead temperature. I feel like they have it set on eco mode or something because the AC keeps kicking on and off. Also, I wish it had a higher fan speed. The bath tub had orange stains around the drain and the shower head definitely needs cleaning. My toilet has very low water flow and sometimes took a while to fill up for a flush.

. If I could enjoy a full carb breakfast it would be great.

They always serve brown and serve sausages with powdered eggs and they never brown the sausage it's heated in a microwave because they don't have a real kitchen to make the breakfast

Big rooms clean rooms not bed were good

Didn't come into our beds nor leave clean towels. We had to go ask staff for new towels and their response was that we didn't put in a request. We did not leave I do not disturb in our door so we thought automatically they're coming to our beds and leave clean towels

I had requested a 1st floor room and received a email saying no problem they could accommodate me. When I got there I had a sec floor room. I questioned the front desk and she said sorry we don't have a first. I made this reservation about a week in advance. Disappointed

We came for a basketball tournament and got in a bit earlier than check in time, and we were able to check in a bit sooner. I really appreciate the effort they made to make that happen.

The property was ok, I had no complaints other than 1 morning breakfast was closed earlier than the next day. But we were still able to enjoy the breakfast just felt a bit rushed.

We only stay at this location when we come down. The staff is always friendly, clean, the price is right, free breakfast, never had an issue with bugs, and it is about 5 miles from where we fish at. #foreverourcropschristiespot

To me,It’s dated , but they get what they have neat and clean

It was clean, the breakfast was great, and My family was comfortable. If you're going for all things Selena and beaches, this is a great location. everything is within a 15-minute drive

The linens need an update and elevator also needs update

The property was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

We stayed for 4 nights, never had housekeeping come, never had our sheets changed or trash taken out, never had clean linens brought to us. The water pressure was very low in our shower and none of the outlets in the bathroom worked.
