The room was plenty big and had everything we needed.

I arrived at 8pm and my room still wasn’t ready! I tried to do online checkin thru the app and couldn’t get digital key and didn’t know why it wasn’t working. When I arrived I was told my room still wasn’t ready! That is completely unacceptable especially since check in is 4pm!! We had to wait for our room at 8pm!

The location had additional issues and fees which were not presented before booking. Be aware there is a parking fee per night and the laundry mat is not working. The breakfast was mundane. Also, there is construction that starts at 7 AM. The staff is super kind and accommodating.

We travel with our two dogs and this property was very much a pet friendly hotel. We requested a room on ground floor near exit and that’s what we got. When going to breakfast buffet, there was a cute little dog laying on floor near a table.

There was a problem with card readers on back exits when we were trying to load car on checkout day. None worked so we had to wait for people to come out to get back in.

We were on a super quick business trip, so we only stayed one night, but it was so nice and comfortable, I wish we could have stayed longer! It was a very lovely suite with everything you need! My favorite thing was the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel on the shower wall! Full bottles and smelled wonderful!!! I would definitely book again and refer family and friends!!

Modern and nice place.

I think it’s unnecessary to charge for the parking lot. I can’t beam myself into the hotel so in my opinion that’s a bit of a rip off. Yes, it is stated in the hotel description but unusual and not expected.

The staff was amazing and friendly , the place was very well kept and I love how there was more options for breakbeat instead of cold cereal and waffles. My kids had a ball with all the options of things to eat and fresh fruit to grab. I enjoyed the location and how close good restaurants ,entertainment and a Walmart within walking distance. The only negative experience was the mosquitoes .

The terrible mosquitoes were just waiting to attack you as soon as you step outside .They are not easily seen and your feel the after affect on your skin and start to itch ,which was the most frustrating part of the experience , Bring repellent the strong kind !

Very friendly staff, very attentive and helpful.

The pool was going through maintenance but they didn’t take away the comfort of the complex.

Room was perfect no issues

One way into the property and the same way out, and it's a single lane. Have to pay a fee to park. One elevator is on the front and one elevator in the back, so there is a wait if there are a lot of people at once.

Everything in general was over the top perfect. Thanks for incredible experience although it was only one night but it was perfect.

Not a big deal but more or bigger trash bins...

Staff are very friendly & helpful. Made us feel welcomed. Room was spacious & air conditioning worked great.
