The ac worked great. The room was nice and cold when we got there. The hotel staff was absolutely amazing and helpful! They were quick to help when we needed something!

The tub didn't drain really well, took over an hour to drain after 1 10 min shower. The lights would pop the breaker, but once we knew where the breaker was it wasn't that big of a deal.

Room was as expected. Property was quiet.

Extremely low water pressure in bathroom sink any time of day. Explanation provided for this issue didn’t fly. May also consider deodorizers in hallways to present a better experience for guests when walking thru the halls to & from room.

A few things inside of the room seemed to be half assed. cabinet handles were coming off, restroom cabinet door was falling, kitchen seats were pealing, dressers were stained with white which was cleanable cause I managed to wipe them off with Clorox wipes. The bedroom in the Queen Suite was a bit ugh, due to there no being no AC unit inside of that bedroom. We had to put the fan so the living area and kitchen air could travel into the bedroom.

I liked the location, and for the most part pretty quiet

The floors were pretty sticky and the carpets were a bit rough, but I feel like that’s normal from wear and tear of a building

I didn't like that their wasn't enough towels available for our room.

The room was ok .

The recliner in the room was hideous with stains and a little smell. The hallway trash was not emptied for 2 days and it stunk. Housekeeping needs to clean more thorough. It was a little dusty. Overall we were ok. We understand about short and weekend staff.

The room was clean and spacious!

Went through 5 rooms before we got put in the correct one and also kept having lock problems.

The staff was very friendly and we're helpful

Room was vey clean and bed were pretty comfortable. didnt like the pillows very much but i'm picky and travel with my own usually. The mini kitchen was super handy and having utensils, pots pan s, etc saved us a ton of money not having to eat out all the time

While it was very clean the bleach smell was a tad irritating intially. But we were able to open the window a bit and the door and air it out in 10 mins.
