Staff was amazing, very polite and helpful. Dining staff did a amazing job, and the diningroom was a mad house with so many guest Sat, and Sun., but they were quick to refill as much as they could (as they were waiting on their truck to deliver more supplies. They were quick to clean major messes done by guest (who walked away, after making a total mess of waffle machine). Dining/kitchen staff remained extremely pleasant during these stressful times. Room was very clean, housekeeping as well as front office staff went above and beyond for us. Thank You a really nice stay.

The pool not inside, as many guest were during alcohol in and around pool. The guest were nice, but we had children, and not approved alcohol use in their presence, due to PTSD from absent parents alcohol depence.

I feel that the bed was comfortable, and the location was just about perfect.

I had to be moved from my first room assignment after I returned from work the first night. The shower only produced scalding hot water, no matter how it was adjusted. The lock on the door also did not work The person on duty that night seemed less than concerned for the problem. However, he did move me to another room. The air conditioner in the new room did not work properly. It only worked well when I adjusted it to 54 degrees. I also requested daily housekeeping, yet I was forced to go downstairs to ask for more shampoo and soap.

Breakfast could’ve had more options but it was exception especially for the price, the kids enjoyed the food and so did hubby and I. Room was nice and clean, tv resolution was amazing, hubby took the ps5 for the kids. There was cable of course. WiFi was strong. We had Whataburger, Subway and Burger King all walking distance from the parking lot. Night time was quiet as it should’ve been. Hubby left his phone behind in the room at check out and room service found it and turned it into front desk! Kudos to her!

Hot tub should’ve been running, one light was out from the pool, floating on the water. Kid still had a blast as we only allowed them to stay in the 3 ft part of it.

Breakfast needs to go until 10:00am. While getting our food the staff turned out the lights and started putting everything up right away. They need to have better eggs out and some bacon.

There was a musky smell in the hallway of second floor.

Breakfast was good. Area maintained and very clean. The beds were VERY comfortable, rooms spacious and provided with extra clean towels. Our room was facing the freeway so you could hear the noise but not enough to keep us awake ! Definitely would stay here again

The night desk clerk was not very professional/ personable. I was asked to sign and initial papers upon check in and after payment. Zero explanation as to what I was signing so when I stopped to read he seemed annoyed. I asked and finally he explained. Minimal direction on how to get to room. Only 1 out of 2 key cards worked. Maybe they were having a bad day.

Free breakfast and room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping did a great job very friendly they took care of us.. breakfast was on point and girls at the front desk were friendly.. I will definitely stay again.. great job girls.. even the maintenance guys were friendly..

Breakfast person was a little rude but she did the care of us. Great coffee and food was good.. The night desk clerk he was also rude and was smoking endless cigarettes while ppl were waiting for him to get checked in.. pool area also needed attention and an up grade on furniture there some broken and needs clean water in pool..

The location was perfect. Very clean

During breakfast there was not much choice because the lady that was making it was very upset she was throwing stuff all over she was mad. There was no coffee and no juice. I think that is part of her job and she was been rude to us.

Overall it was a great hotel with great customer service and the staff was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

One of the rooms we booked had mold on the walls and the pull out sofa so we couldn’t use it.

Clean, simple, super spacious, and in a great location. Needed a place to sleep when heading to the beach with a one year old. This was a perfect place to do that and it had a breakfast in the morning!

The carpet in the rooms could use a good steam clean. Other than that, I don’t really have any complaints!

It was nice close to gas station ,food ,supermarket , and even theater .

The breakfast  was not great at all . Ants on the maple syrup. only 2 cornflakes that kids don’t even eat look old. Dessert always blueberries muffins and coffee are cold . they need to put the eggs and meet next to the food and microwave instead of the hot food that they will be together all the food . ( just get rid of the ants first) it will be better if they will add a coffee machine that will be a plus.
