Great! The location was perfect for our weekend plans! I liked the overall look of the hotel. Breakfast was good and they had gluten free pastries (packaged muffins and bagels). We enjoyed the outdoor pool!!

Our room had ants which sucked. We noticed them the morning after our first night. The staff was very attentive to this though and the maintenance man came to spray. He was extremely nice which I appreciated especially since we called for him twice for the bathroom and kitchen areas. The spray he used was very strong & seemed to work immediately.

We were told that we could check check in at 3:00 pm. We arrived at 3:15 and only one of the five rooms were ready. We had to wait over three hours to get our rooms. Sitting in a lobby with small children was very painful.

I loved the location, the cleanliness, the swimming area is beautiful, the staff is friendly and helpful.

We ordered some drinks at the bar, and the bartender wasn't knowledgeable on basic drinks. The drinks he served were just horrible, and instead of admitting he didn't have certain items, he just made our drinks however he wanted to. They were also very very strong, not good at all. When my mother went to tell him that our drinks were wrong he got offended and defensive and lied that he had explained to me that he didn't have the items to make the drink we requested, which he had never done.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and the rooms are generously sized. The hotel staff is courteous and friendly.

My experience with breakfast was less than ideal. It seemed incongruous for a hotel belonging to a large chain to serve breakfast with disposable plastic cutlery and paper plates. Furthermore, it did not align with the hotel's otherwise eco-friendly ethos. Additionally, I was disappointed to find that there was no readily available water for guests in the lobby or rooms.

We love the spaciousness of the room in the kitchen in the room was great… The bed was very comfy in the bathroom was large and bright, and everything was clean

The water pressure in the shower was so so… And when we got there, they were only two towels in the bathroom

Kitchen staff foul language!! Complaint mostly against each other Not enough food available for us! Cereal was never replaced! Juice machine one was out of order. So was one of the waffle makers.

The property was nice, the pool was clean, and it was right next to the Beach! The room was spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

The bed could have been softer. The couch they had in the room is not practical in any sense of the word. It's this slick material that you slide off of. It is like someone saw the couch and thought "that would look nice," agreed, but it isn't functional.

Very Nice and clean, lots to do around and close by. Food, Beverages and Music.

Got there at 10 after 3 pm and had to wait over 30 minutes for my room, told I would get a call but had to go and ask if the room was available after checking again was told yes.

The location and stay was beautiful and wonderful. The suite was more than spacious enough. Plenty of towels and complementaries. The extra security to access the rooms was much appreciated.

Everyone and everything was great. I'd say the blinking flashing light on the ceiling in the room was a bit of annoyance when sleeping.

It was so nice to meet the front lady, Jennifer. She was very helpful and informative, she made everything easier with her smile and made us happy too.
