The facility is nice and breakfast was good. Clean and fresh new towels on the second day.

There’s was a parking fee per day which we weren’t told about when booking. This was upsetting and unnecessary. There was plenty of parking not sure why the charge… The lady in charge of breakfast kept complaining about only having two hands and being the only one working to put food out. She couldn’t keep up. Really needs a second person or some one with more energy.

We love the location and the facilities. Overalls the hotel is nice.

There was a charge for parking and it did nothing to improve security of our vehicle during the stay. Just a charge to park. We were charged a different rate than what booking had quoted. Make sure you get a print of your stay and check the amount. I called the hotel and got the rate corrected to match what booking had quoted. The room we stay was nice but needed maintenance on the carpet, molding and bathroom ceiling. Make sure you let the front desk know you need clean towels or your room clean as they will not do it automatically.

The property is clean from outside to inside. The rooms are professionally completed as all inside is touched and delivered clean. The a/c was at a perfect setting from arrival to the next day.

The beds need to be replaced. We stayed here last year for a solid week from 6/16-6/22/2024 and the beds somewhat not the best. This time we stayed for here for two days and we felt the same bumps on the mattress. Hmmm! This needs to be looked at.

Everything! Our room was very roomy and comfortable. My husband and I were very satisfied staying at this location. The hotel was located around everything you can possibly need, especially restaurant wise.

The only downfall I had with our room was the carpet. It could use a very deep cleaning or, better yet, be replaced. And though the hotel location sits right around everything, you might need the "TRAFFIC" is very congested. Regardless, we would still stay at this hotel location.

The breakfast was excellent. The attendant was very polite and helpful. Lots of choices for food items. Always hot coffee available in 4 different varieties. The cleaning ladies were extremely nice and attentive.

Completely satisfied with my stay. Everything met or exceeded my needs.

I didn't like the room status of cleaning, the carpet was to dirty, of the hotel it's pet friendly, the hotel need to increase the carpet washing, it is not confortable watching maps on the carpet; besides the air conditioning need maintenance, not only in the functioning, the support of this was with rusty, moving and even that I always stay in Hamptons, this one needs more quality job. the rest very nice and easy.

Clean & easy to get to off highway

Fire alarm flashing in our room at 4:20 though no noise. Not all rooms had alarm going and not all fire doors closed as should. Staff felt short in circuit and were doing excellent job at calming guests and notifying proper authorities. No fire trucks came and didn’t think needed. Minimal sleep. Staff did offer room discount.

The staff especially Nina was very helpful and I appreciate all she did to accommodate me and my friend. Thank you! Great Job!

My third party company booking.com did not resolve my hotel issue in regards to requesting two queen beds room instead of having one king bed room. As a result, Hampton staff (Nina) was able to help resolve my situation.

Booking.com did't forward my requests to the hotel. I requested first floor hotel room. Hampton Inn was not aware of my request, but was able to give a first floor room.Agent told me to call the hotel directly with special request, The hotel room carpet REALLY needs to be professionally cleaned. The carpet had TOO many stains in it. If I had paid a lot more, I would had be very upset and would had requested another room

I cant think of anything I didn't like, aside from my reasoning for being in town, which had nothing to do with Hampton. I was in town for the funeral of my grandfather. I searched and searched for a hotel once I received the dates. I looked at many different ones but struggled to book it until 2 days before. I even still searched. Scared that my already horrible time i was having to learn to cope with, was going to be even worse by the place I was going to have to stay. I read the reviews on this location and decided I might as well. Location had fast food near. Gas near. They offered breakfast which was great(my daughter enjoyed making her own waffle!) I bought along my husband and 2 kids 10 &5 even though they wouldnt be attending the services. The hotel offered all the amenities that we needed to allow me the ability to attend services without added stress. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was big, the AC, fridge, and microwave all worked perfectly. Facility and room were super clean as well. Staff was also amazing. They made check in and check out extremely easy, along with everything in between. Job well done.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay during my time of grievance.
