Very good location. Plenty of parking and 1 minute from a bus stop. Staff was pleasant but I arrived 12 minutes early and was told by someone who may have worked there to just left the phone. I did so and apologised for being a little early. I said i would wait but was offered early check in for $10. I chose to wait. She lasted 10 minutes.The hotel was quite nice albeit a little dated. I liked everything and would have stayed longer but felt they would probably be inflexible with having to check out at 11 then back in at 3 if they couldn't cope with a 12 minute early arrival so I went somewhere else where I was greeted 3 hours to early and offered early check in.

It’s looks a little off putting on the outside but it’s all brand new on inside with the exception of the shower that looked dated but the water pressure was EXCELLENT. And it smelled like bleach and cleaning supplies so it was definitely clean. Walking distance to 2 bars/restaurants The USS Lexington And the state aquarium And the beach. You’re literally 300ft from the beach for $81/night (for me)

You have to go up stairs but it ain’t the end of the world

It is not new, well kept and has what is needed. Internet was great, let me check in early without drama. The staff was friendly, even got a smile. Close to great food, the beach and things to do. Could see the beach and the warship from the balcony . Great stay for the price, thank you

They need to replace the shower curtain.

Not a lot of noise, it was clean and the staff was nice

It smelled a bit like water damage but it is near the beach and if the person next to us had a room that they could smoke in the smell of cigarettes would go thru the walls

Liked the fact that the staff checked me in promptly they were on point whoever that gentleman was give him a raise 💯 💯 aswell as the lady who handled my checkout I would highly recommend it if your on a budget it gives your money's worth, even tho it could use a paint job that's the least of your worries by far once you lay down you don't want to get up I'll be staying there soon for sure

Well you can't judge a book by it's cover. Staff is so Wonderful. Opened the door to my room and WOW!! I was floored it was clean, the smell omg was nice. Internet was super fast, TV had so many channels. Overall I highly recommend you give it a try. Promise you won't be disappointed. Thank you guys so much 💓

The location was minutes from the beach behind a chain hotel. Walking distance from the Lexington ship museum. Pretty great.
