The location was perfect for us because we wanted to not only walk on the beach but it was close to the Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington, which was in walking distance on beach. Great restaurant on the property too. Couple souvenir shops right there as well. The room was cute, comfortable and clean. Only stairs available which was fine for us since only 2 floors. Great view of the beach area from some rooms too. Parking was convenient too. The staff was friendly and I’d recommend this to a couple, friends or a family.

Really nothing particular we didn’t like, it’s a laid back casual hotel, nothing fancy which in our case was just fine for the 2 nights we stayed.

The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were a comfortable size and peaceful. No noise from the road or highway. We had a great stay.

Beautiful room very clean the bed is so comfortable and we love that the bathroom has a soap dispenser instead of the tiny soaps most hotels give you. The shower is big enough for 2 people without being crowded and the beach is within walking distance. They also have friendly staff. My husband and I loved it so much we stayed a extra day. We highly recommend and we will be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

They need to make some rooms on ground level because there's a lot of stairs.

Great location for beach access, short walk to the USS Lexington and excellent restaurants for meals were very close. Room was clean, beds and bathrooms were great. Parking for our vehicles was always available.

Stair climbing was hard for some of our family, having to haul luggage and supplies up and down since there is no elevator, but we managed. Didn't like having to pay extra for parking.

By surprise, the best hotel we stayed at during the entire road trip. The location is just amazing. Very close to the beach, with a phantastic view on the USS Lexington. Plenty space for parking, clean room and the bathroom. Friendly staff. If you have a room towards the harbor bridge, it starts to be noisy at 5am, rooms towards the seaside shouldn't have this problem.

Very nice check in/out. The clerk was very professional and courteous. I liked the wood decor in the room. The bed was very comfortable.

While I am glad the parking area property is well lit the room filled with light making it difficult to sleep. I woke up at 0200 am thinking it was already mid morning. Black out curtains would really be great in the rooms.

Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was updated and nice - bonus, water pressure is phenomenal! Very close to the USS Lexington and Aquarium.

North Beach as a whole is kind of disappointing which is not the hotel's fault. You can see the appeal and the possibilities but the city itself has let that area run down a little bit.

Our whole hotel stay - 2 nights - was wonderful, we had got three double rooms and the suite. We have a huge family and everyone was able to sleep comfortably and enjoy themselves. Highly recommend the suite for larger families - kitchen was AMAZING. My kids enjoyed it as it was literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel to the beach. We hardly had to drive exempt for late night food runs but other than like great stay!

Lack of restaurants however still Whataburger does help in a pinch so no worries on that :) Stairs were a pain but hey that is the exercise needed.

We loved the DeVille 😍 Easy to get to & to great Corpus family owned restaurants. Plus short walking distance to the grand Lexington. Margaritaville ( had great menu & coctails)& nice beach. All safe & very friendly staff. Free, secured covered pkg too.

Exhaust fan in nice 2 vanity bath wasn't working. Freezer in fridge needed thawed. No free breakfast.

Great location! Very clean. The bed was comfortable. Some covered parking.

No elevator. Desk person didn’t check in my room in the system. Checked someone else into my room and gave them a key. They accessed my room while I was in it. The desk person said it was the second time this happened, only the first time was the system said the room was clean when it wasn’t. This was a safety issue.
