The location is great!

The rooms are outdated but comfortable. There are limited power outlets and none are located near the bedside. The shower water pressure was horrible.

Closest hotel to the beach/sand. Yo can walk out if your room and onto the sand within 50-100 feet depending on your room. No hallway noise because rooms are all exterior. Large, clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Older hotel but very clean, great view, easy beach access especially if have disabilities or trouble walking far. Prices are reasonable. Perfect for a true beach vacation where you just need a place with great view, easy beach access, place to sleep comfortably, and clean!

Hotel was under remodeling but I have stayed there 3 other times and it was fine.

I love the location front view of the beach an the the breeze. They don't have breakfast but we to our favorite spots to eat. We make many trips as possible an we alway choose this hotel. It only been 1or 2 trips we missed the stay an ended up staying next door.

This time the pool pump wasn't working they was working on but my kids enjoyed it anyway it was way to cold for me this time. I wish the pool had a rail to hold while getting in an out. The water pressure was low this time in the room.the tv kept freezing due to the internet , maybe cu, we was on the first floor we usually on 2nd but it was OK we was out mostly thru out the day. Wish the beds was a king but it was manageable.

We like that the sand reaches the hotel. We love the location!

We have stayed in this hotel for at least 6 years. This year we found the room not very clean, light bulbs out, water dripping into the bathtub from ceiling, sink was stopped up the first night, people in the room next door smoking weed out near our door. We are fine with those who choose to smoke but I don’t care to smell it .

Location was exceptional, we were on the Beach and near stores for any needed food or supplies. Room was comfortable and quiet. View of Beach and the City of Corpus Christi was wonderful.

Water pressure was somewhat weak.

The property is right on the beach, the beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked great! The young man at the front desk was extremely polite and We enjoyed the stay!

The property is outdated and could use some upgrades. The carpets was old and I felt like I was going to fall thru the bathroom floor every-time I sat on the toilet. It’s not a bad place, it did its purpose after a long day at the beach.

This place is great! The staff was friendly, the room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and you can't beat the location! You won't find a better value. The view is exactly the same as the Doubletree down the beach that costs twice as much. We will definitely stay here again the next time we're in town.

Heads up, they require a $50 deposit at check-in, but ours was refunded at check-out with no issues.

FANTASTIC location being VERY close to the beach and the must-see Aircraft Carrier Museum. And a lot of wind did NOT affect the comfort in the room. An upscale hotel nearby offered take-away quality food at reasonable prices and a liqour shop nearby offered excellent beer and wine - so it was NO problem that other restaurants were closed due to off-season, Have a good time there...

Nothing taking the price into account

Great value!! And having a pool and a beach just steps away was awesome. We did have a few minor problems. Second day in our room the A/C quit working. But they moved us to a new room, which was great. But then that room had no hot water. The staff got it working pretty quick. All in all it was a great visit.

Incredible value for the money. While it's not a luxurious hotel, we were as confortable as we could ask for. Customer service was always availible and helpful. View was nice.

Some idiots a room over blasted music for an hour or so before finally quieting down. I think the staff did assist with this though.
