I loved stay and cleanliness and comfort of rooms. Staff was awesome too.I didn’t like that they charged extra for parking on top of room rate .And in description it shows balcony and they were sealed closed that was bummer .

Great location for walking to 2 great restaurants, Joe's Crab Shack, and Landry's. The marina was beautiful, and we all especially enjoyed the bar on the 11th floor to mingle with my family. The breakfast was outstanding! I really liked the option of scrambled eggs and sausages in addition to a lot of other options.

I thought it was closer to a public beach to walk on and swim in. North Beath was not very good, so we ended up going to White Cap Beach, which was great, but I wish it had been closer to our Hotel.

The location was great, we were looking out on the harbour and had some restaurants and bars within walking distance. The outdoor pool and deck was nice and they have a gorgeous bar that is all windows looking out at the harbour. Breakfast was also great! Lots of options, one of the best we’ve had at a hotel! The bed was comfortable and room was a nice size and clean. There was also laundry facilities but only one of the 4 washers worked and 2 of the 4 dryers. The change machine downstairs didn’t work so getting the quarters to do laundry was also a pain. They do have a nice lobby to sit with friends and socialize.

It was a little weird. There was obviously new, or newish reno’s, but never seemed completed. Amazing shower and sink/counter but old and kind of crappy ceiling, walls and floor. Paint was peeling a bit, black in some of the ceiling tiles. It was just weird. But overall felt like good value.

Zeke at the front desk welcomed us warmly...always nice to deal with pleasant and friendly people. Refrigerator was nice and cold; although I didn't use the microwave, it was nice to have it. Room had a good view. Breakfast was ok and the room it was located in was nice.

I didn't like that the room seems to be designed for a really tall person. I am 5' 3" and I had some difficulty getting into the high bed and I was unable to look out the peephole even standing on my tiptoes. That said, the toilet was very low to the ground. Also, since there are no overhead lights in the room, it would be great to have a brighter light on the desk so that you could see what you are working on...during the day with the drapes open, lighting wasn't a problem, but after dark, there really wasn't enough light to work at the desk.

The staff was friendly The breakfast area was very clean The rooms were nice and clean.

The showers need some type of little shelf so you can put your soap and shampoo on the shelf instead of the floor of the shower. The bar needs to open around 2:00 p.m. not 5:00 p.m.. Parking should be $20 total instead of 20 per day and there should not have been a early arrival price of $25 dollars. We got there at 1:00 p.m. and had to pay $25.

Over all I liked the hotel. However we had to wait an entire day due to crap was in our bath tub and I had to call 3 times before someone fixed it. Also here is a little tip for management. Have your housekeepers check on guests if staying more then 2 days to empty trash, see if they need clean towels, even freshen up a room. I had to empty my own trash and had to ask for clean towels. I use to work in housekeeping and it adds just that extra touch.

Excellent breakfast ...exceeded expectations. Room very comfortable, parking convenient, clean and cheerful lobby.

I was appalled at the appearance of the desk clerk upon check-in. Apparently a male but the long unkempt hair that continually blocked his vision coupled with the ultra long and dirty fingernails ensured a negative impression by guests. Additionally, the individual was repeatedly distracted by short conversations with others while supposedly checking me in. Extremely negative first impression of your hotel.

Clean. Updated. Great Service with conscientious Staff. I was particularly impressed with the lady working the breakfast buffet. She had an incredible work ethic, and was always cleaning and straightening up in the dining area to ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction. It was quite impressive. Great job Ms. “V”!

Nice big room; good view; very clean; central location; great breakfast space with view; good easy parking; very friendly staff; comfy bed.

Coffee provided for filter machine but pod machine provided with no pods so didn't match despite requesting at reception; needs kettle, tea bags, milk. Have to specifically ask for housekeeping to clean the room. Patchy WiFi

My family and I have been staying at this hotel for years! The hotel staff, from front desk to the breakfast staff, always make us feel at home and provide us a wonderful experience. I will be staying at this hotel for years to come.

What bothered us on our second day there was that the hotel reeked of marijuana. THe housekeeping staff was going around spraying deodorizer yet could not locate the location from where it was coming. Additionally, the walk in shower could have had more attention given to it during cleaning, yet besides that, the accommodations were so comfortable that we slept like babies.
