Many positives and is overall high class property

The indoor pool is not as presented; paying for Wi-Fi is last century and inappropriate, the ac systems are outdated and need to be very clear and easy to set to comfort. Ice machines are not easy to use for drinks and no places to access filtered water on room floors.

The property was very accessible to the beach and local restaurants/bars

Not much to not like. It was all in all a great stay ! The amenities could have been a little better downstairs. The hot tub was full with about 12 people when the max said 6 and they sat in the hot tub for hours on in when other guest were wanting to use the hot tub as well. The sauna in the women room was broken. I think they should have a gender mutual sauna! I wanted to sit in a sauna with my husband on our honey moon and could not do so :( I also agree that some suites should have jacuzzi tubs in the rooms

We LOVED the hotel & the staff. They were exceptional. We were celebrating our 50th Wedding Anniversary so they gave us a room upgrade. The suite was absolutely wonderful. Our breakfast was included in our reservation & it was 5 Star. The waitress ordered us a special dessert & passed the word around of our 50th & they were so gracious. The lunch was VERY good & good prices, All the staff from the front desk to the valet, to the housekeepers & all around the hotel were all so incredibly welcoming & hospitable. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable & has gorgeous views. We would love to visit again!

We did not like that the parking was very expensive, although there is parking off site. Since there was a convention going on, it was challenging to find a spot. There were no good options of restaurants around the area, & the hotel dinner menu was too "fancy" for our taste as well as really expensive.

Welcome greeting and checking in was GREAT and quick! Dinner @ the Switchgrasslanding was delicious! Checkout was quick and fast, the view from the room was fascinating! Room was comfy and clean! The bar @ Caller & Critic was awesome and drinks were GREAT!

Switchglass landing manager in the MORNING BUFFET BREAKFAST was not so nice, and seemed overwhelmed, she was very rude and was not pleasant to deal with. She didn't acknowledge anyone and was just rude! On the a pisitive note, the staff was great, smiling and very helpful.

Location was perfect as we were attending event at the American Center. A plus was it is located across from the Gulf. The opt out of housekeeping was a plus and that by doing so The Omni supplied a meal to someone in need.

The menu selections were basically the same at each of the restaurants with a few exceptions. I think the “casual bar” needs a better selection for shareables or appetizers more suitable to having something to much on while having a drink or a nightcap.

It was in walking distance to a lot of places. Not to far from the beach. Just had to walk outside and across the road for the awesome fireworks last night!!! Great place to stay!

The room needed more seating. Our room had a desk chair, and 1 chair and ottoman. My husband and I both fit in it, but if it were more of a love seat size, it would have been better. The water in the shower did not get very hot, and the pressure wasn't that great.

As soon as we arrived, the valet were all FANTASTIC!! The hotel and area exceeded my expectations! I had never been to Corpus and was nervous after I booked bc we always go to Santa Rosa, Florida and this year couldn’t bc we are buying house. This trip turned out great!! The hotel was really nice and ALL STAFF were amazing, friendly! Hotel was clean, beautiful and exceeded my expectations. We had a great time and this hotel deserves recognition.

Only thing was I was confused where everything was but figured it out quickly!! So really there was nothing I didn’t like.

The view was great!

It costed $25 per night to self park.
