I stayed in the basement room the first night I liked the quiet of the room except a little noise from the boiler room next door.second night I asked to move to a different room if available further away from the water tank or boiler.i might have asked about the up stair rooms with the balcony and decided to pay a extra 6 bucks was a big mistake as it got noisy from the cars and the karaoke bar.bittom line rooms are nice and cheap so if you go out at night and drink this is a good place to stay with a good location cheap with very nice rooms and bathrooms and nice lobby.

Internet was bad in both rooms as I work online so just hooked my phone to the computer.

Facilities were great Staff really friendly Bed great. Good TV with Netflix. Great shower room. Fridge, kettle, balcony. Quiet other than one bar next door but the patio door was enough to keep that out. Nice communal area at reception for working on laptops etc. Pool table too. Great rooftop area giving great views. No seating etc up there though. Location on a main road but my room was at the back. 6 movie walk to beach road with all the bars and restaurants etc. you can pick up the bhat buses from there into central pattaya etc. Jomtien Night market there too, which is great. I paid a lot but it was new year so understandable.

Staff work till midnight. After than the keys are just left by the door so anyone could pick them up. This needs to be sorted quickly I think. I'm a bit OCD cleaning wise!!! There were areas like ledges on the stairs that really need dusting!!! WiFi wasn't great in the room.

Location is good with car park.

First day we didn’t have our towels but staffs was kind get some for us but one of the towels was smelly so we tell the receptionist and she is kindly get us more clean one. But after all time of our start is very good. We’ll stay here again on our next visits.

Ok my balcony was on the main road and its not soundproof so was a bit noisy but didn't bother me as i enjoy the balcony and being able to watch thhe hustle and bustle

Lovely fresh looking hotel in a great location. It is about 5 minutes walk down to the beach front and a couple of minutes walk to Jomtien Night Market. There is a lovely Italian restaurant just two doors down and it a 5-10 minute walk from a wide range of seaside bars and restaurants and 7-eleven shops. We loved the seaside decor and found the room was clean and a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning quiet. Hotel was well maintained and staff very friendly and helpful. Prices were very reasonable for a last minute booking.

Personally I love the fact that it's situated away from most of everything yet a 10min walking to all.. This is my second time staying in a year and this time I got a room with no window which is situated in the basement area and I've noticed to room stays cooler with no air, more quiet and certainly big enough for two people

The location is great, just off jomtien beach, a couple minutes from the night market. Amazing value for money. Comfortable bed, good TV and Aircon. Also, the staff were great, especially the girl at reception with glasses, very kind and accommodating, does her job very well.

The rooms are spacious, cozy and really comfortable. The staff is really really sweet and helpful too. Check in process was smooth and easy.

I just really really wish the property had an elevator. Its the only drawback, cause if you are travelling with heavy luggage it does prove to be challenging. The Staff are there to help you though nonetheless.

Great location.. walking distance to beach, bars and everything else while being a few blocks far enouph for quiteness. Good size balcony, strong air and water pressure

The only thing I would recommend is that they remove the gym discription as they no longer have one 555 (555 same as lol)… however still worth every penny 😊

There is always some maintenance issues in every hotel , there is no exception neither And no elevator! Staff- wonderfull
