Staff is wonderful. Breakfast was great each morning ( like that they switch it up a little) Great water pressure in the shower. Beautiful atmosphere. We enjoyed the Westside Grill a few evenings. Super awesome waitress ( sorry, I can't remember her name)

The HVAC unit in the room is disruptive when sleeping. It's not a great use of space to have a unit in the room, too. More drawer space and closet space would have been appreciated. Floors need to be thoroughly cleaned. Didn't look dirty, but when I didn't have my slippers on the bottom of my feet, they were dirty. ( brown) A little more attention to an overall cleaning in the bathroom and room is necessary. (Dusty, toilet needs a better cleaning) I used disinfectant wipes to temporarily bring to a satisfactory state.better lighting and a stronger exhaust fan in the bathroom would be a plus I was disappointed that coffee was not available around the clock. The majority of hotels have coffee available 24 hours

The staff here are very nice and the location is fantastic. The lobby and common areas are always clean and comfortable with plenty of places to sit, meet with people, or work. The view was also nice. Overall we were happy and will be back but there were a few small details we were not happy with.

A full breakfast was offered for all guests which is lovely however, the food was always overcooked and cold and some staff that worked were better than others at making sure things were labeled, areas were clean, and things were filled. Coffee was only offered until 11 am and cold water was not easily available throughout the day. Our other complaint was about the restaurant on site. We did not eat there as it was a tad more on the pricey side. Most Hyatt's have a small bar with more affordable sandwiches and items available which we actually prefer more.

The hotel is modern and clean. The restaurant is excellent (food and service). Rooms are spacious and well lit. I hope I had time to enjoy the pool as it looked very nice. The evening bar is fully equipped, and craft cocktails are excellent. They were very kind with us serving us a last drink late at night when we came back from a concert. I want to find an excuse to be back!

The key with breakfast is the expectations: it's the kind of breakfast for grabbing toast, cereal, yogurt and coffee/tea before you go out and do your things. It works great for that. It's not a sit-down full meal breakfast experience as if it was a brunch restaurant. That is not and you will be disappointed.

Cozy & Clean

We stayed 6 days they did offer us housekeeping every other day but they did the bare minimum for the days that we stayed. The glass cups we used were not replaced and they were left there. They made the bed but I would have preferred a change of sheets at least. The bathroom could have been freshened up and maybe sweep the floors. I mean we were a family of 5.

It was very very clean, gym is great and nice! The pool is clean and nice! There are 2 females at the desk who were very very nice.

There is an African American lady who is rude! Who is aggressive her attitude sucks! And shouldn’t be a desk employee! The price of the Westside Grille is outrageous!!! The bed mattress are hard need softer ones, need more tv channels

This hotel was beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The included breakfast was way more than expected it was a totally full breakfast with all options. We also dined in the restaurant. The menu was wonderful with many different items. The food quality was excellent. The old fashion that Katie made me was one of the best.

The hotel seemed a bit pricey for the area.

Very comfortable stay — everything was clean, quiet, and relaxing. The room felt cozy and well-maintained, which made it easy to rest. The location is excellent, right on the main road, making it convenient for travel and easy to find. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful and pleasant stop.

We have been traveling all over the country recently and were staying with a different chain. Our stay at this Hyatt in Allentown was a MUCH WELCOME change! The rooms were clean, the food was really, really good, but the bed was SO COMFORTABLE!!!!! We will consider choosing Hyatt for future stays over the ones we've been using in the past.

Very clean! Nice room set up with both a seating area and bed. Good bathroom. Pellet ice in the ice machine was a win.

The restaurant looked amazing but it closed at 9pm and it is $50-$100 per person so we did not get to eat there. We went to BJ’s down the street and the salads were good then we ate at Shelby’s the next day and that was good too.’

Facilities and room were very clean. Staff addressed any issues immediately. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at a hotel and the staff were super attentive, went the extra mile even for the tiniest things.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, the bathroom door squeaked loudly, and having the bed next to the window made it hard to sleep even with all the blinds shut.
