The breakfast was good. Excellent little scones.

I was disappointed that there was no water available to drink or fill a water bottle in the lobby. The desk staff gave us each a water bottle but made it a point to tell us several times that it was a courtesy. Kind of annoying. Travelers need water and it’s ridiculous not to have it available.

The facility was great, could use some upgrades. The staff was friendly and accommodating especially at the front desk. Cara was exceptional, She was professional, friendly, caring and accommodating. It was a pleasure to speak with her, she was attentive to our requests. I would most definitely return to this location hoping to see Cara again. Cara is a representative of Hampton Inn Frederick and a definite asset to your organization!

Some areas could use some Updating.

Staff was friendly, room and bathroom was very spacious, kids LOVED the pool and breakfast was good

We only stayed one night on our way down to the outer banks and one night on our way back, the first stay our rooms AC was giving us trouble so it was a bit warm making it uncomfortable at night since it was 90+ degrees outside. But our second stay on our way back we had zero issues.

The staff were wonderful. From the front desk though the young lady working the restaurant at this location. Everyone was passed in the hotel said hello and good morning.

The beds were just okay. Hampton used to be famous for their comfortable beds. It seems like those are now gone.

The Lady in the restaurant on the weekend that I was there with my family. Her name is Elsie I think . You need more of that kind of worker in that facility. She has got all the qualities of a wonderful person: very patient, hard working and respectful. I really appreciated her hospitality during our weekend stay. Please helpmeet to say plenty thanks to her.

Nothing as far as am concern. I think the front desk was very helpful too.

It was as good as I have had in other Hampton Inns

Access was confusing, mainly because of the many highways/Interstates there. I was not sure where to turn right off of the main street, and the first time I tried, I got on an Interstate south. The restaurant associated with the Hampton was cold. The food was good, but it was quite expensive and service was not good.

First time in 30 years it was not very good.

Sausage- gross, egg on bagel whatever cold and I saw a few people toss it in trash as did my husband. No cranberry juice. NO USB in ROOM!!!

Well lighted, all amenities of a resort! Great breakfast, clean, quiet, reasonable cost

Location; great when first built, now surrounded and difficult to navigate in & out

The staff were excellent! Breakfast was very good and I love that it was an 11am check out especially since we were traveling with children.

The pool was freezing.

The staff, one particular lady went above and beyond to make our stay great. She not only was at the desk greeting us as we arrived, she also worked out in the restaurant and waited on us there as well. I wish I could remember her name, she definitely should be made aware of how comfortable she made our stay. She was friendly and talked to us as if we were old friends. She truly made our stay enjoyable. (She had darker skin, long hair and I believe her name started with a K)

The ceiling in the bathroom had peeling paint.
