Nice central motel. The room was a good size, clean and quiet, despite a road outside the window. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were soft. The room was clean and the bathroom was sparkling clean. The coffee and tea making facilities were handy and there is a small refrigerator. I liked the onsite restaurant which is handy for travelers and negates the need to search elsewhere. The food was good and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

The thick bed covering was a bit TOO warm for summer in the Horsham area, as it's extremely hot there. The car parking spots were a bit tight, but it was great to have free parking. The lady on the reception was not friendly - this was disappointing as I had just driven many miles to get there and there was no welcoming attitude. The Motel is a bit obscure to find on arrival. A larger sign is needed, as I drove around a few times searching for it - going past three times!

Very pleased when we arrived, very helpful receptionist, we requested a ground level room via the booking but it hadn't been received and we were on an upper level. She re-arranged our booking immediately to the ground floor. The room was well furnished (it included 2 armchairs plus a table and 2 chairs), the bed was comfy. Bathroom basic but facilities super clean and well presented. Being off the main highway it's away from the road noise of the B- Double trucks that rumble through Horsham. Big bonus is the on-site Restaurant/ Cafe that does breakfast, lunch and dinner. We had an excellent dinner on arrival, and great breakfast before departure. Staff were great. Can highly recommend it.

Room was comfortable as was the bed. Shower was very good compared to other motels we've recently stayed in around the western Victorian region. The onsite cafe is very convenient for grabbing that early morning latte to hit the road with. Great facility for couples for overnight stay or longer. Would definitely stay during next trip to region.

A queen bed instead of a double. As with comments made on a number of other motels, upgrade the TVs to Smart TVs with inbuilt Netflix, Prime, Kayo, Stan etc apps that allow visitors to use their own account details to login and watch these services

The lovely lady at reception certainly knows great customer service. We were supposed to get a couple of rooms with view. She went all out to get the rooms for us. In the end we stayed in the rooms we were given. Fantastic lady, thank you. Bed and linen were top quality, very plush and very comfortable. Beautiful towels, decent size. Very clean room, great size. The value was excellent.

No windows that open, BIG disappointment, lovely new microwave, however NO plates or knife and folk. I was originally going to give these guys an overall 4 stars because of the reasons in this " didn't like" However, my friend and I thought that overall, service, comfort, quality and the fantastic value these " didn't like " were a drop in the ocean compared to what we did receive and experience. I forgot a container in the fridge. They called me up to let me know. It was a new container and it was expensive. They were fantastic and posted it back to me. Definitely, highly highly recommend and I would definitely stay again. We were here Saturday 2/12. Could you please thank your team for us. We both had a beautiful rest and experience, THANK YOU very much.

The bistro attached to the hotel is quite good

I'm at a loss to understand why the hotel doesn't provide an information pack. I was told by reception that information was available via the television but this was just a bistro menu. The menu did not indicate what time the kitchen closed, and there were other questions left unanswered that would normally be answered via a physical booklet. The worst example of this was that my room overlooked a beautiful aquatic centre. When preparing to leave, I googled the hotel website to try to find the reception's opening time, and it was only here, after two days, that I discovered that the hotel actually provided access to these facilities.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The cafe was clean, with lovely waitering service and good breakfast. The location was convenience. The room was fine with all you need.

The room was a little too small while there was only a small gap between the beds and the desk as well as TV. There wasn't much space to move around in the room. However, we were on our way to South Australia and it was a great place to rest for a night before continuing the journey.

The cafe attached to the hotel is more than worth the visit , dinner on our first night was delicious steaks and breakfast included scones and full breakfast with coffee. ,The staff at the hotel and cafe were very friendly and inviting.The room was large & comfortable with a large shower and clean throughout . The hotel was so close to town that we walked to everything we were interested in which included dining, parks, shopping and investigating the town .Parking was included in our room cost and key access wasnt a problem with needing 2 keys as it was by number access.The room air con was an individual split system and there was table and chairs and separate sofa.The cleaning staff was friendly and efficient and helpful. The hotel looked older than expected but the internal comfort more than made up for it.

The room was on the second floor and our bags felt heavy lifting them up to the room . No microwave in the room .

Massive smart tv. Some didn’t need Netflix as there was also movies on demand available on their channel. Bed was very comfortable and room was quite modern and clean. Bistro was quite pleasant and food wasn’t bad. Was only stopping overnight from Adelaide to Melbourne, so it was convenient having the restaurant just downstairs to have dinner and breakfast

Super noisy from petrol heads revving constantly throughout the night. Guess there’s not much to do on a Friday night there ?

The room was well presented and very comfortable. The attached restaurant did a beautiful dinner and an excellent breakfast (es[ecially the coffee!!!)

The walls between the rooms seemed to be rather "thin". We were kept from going to sleep when we were tired by the conversations in the next room which we could hear clearly. The people were not noisy as such, but their conversations travelled through the wall..

Stopped off at Horsham on the way to Adelaide, was so impressed. Super clean and comfortable room. Great location and the staff were incredibly friendly. Modern facilities, TV, bedside lamps, very comfortable beds. Modern key entry locks made it easier rather than having to worry about losing keys and check in was a breeze at less than 1 minute. Would highly recommend it.

TV system was a little slow to operate using the proprietary system.... as a result disney was the only streaming platform that would work. Google TV or something like that would be good as an inexpensive upgrade ($80 per room)
