Check in was super easy, I was able to get our room changed from the 2nd to 1st floor (had a service dog with us and wanted easy access to the grass area) at check-in with no issue. The bed was super comfortable, the nearly full kitchenette was very useful, there was no noise from any of our neighboring units, it was super convenient to get back on I-10 after our stay, and the breakfast buffet was an appreciated extra touch. Nothing fancy about it (to be expected) but all of the food was fresh and they offered a wide variety of options like a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, potatoes, fries, fresh fruit, and more. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a random fire/smoke alarm that went off throughout the property around 4pm three times that was really startling and freaked out our service animal (and wow was it rough on the ears!) but had no other problems the rest of the evening and I'm glad to know their fire alarms DEFINITELY work! ;)

Stayed in room 107.Newly renovated. Very nicely done! Clean and comfortable. Beds very comfortable. Room was more like a furnished studio apt. Full size fridge, 2 burner cooktop, microwave and dishwasher. 4 place settings (plates, bowls, glasses and coffee cups) as well as cultry. A few cabinets for a small pantry if someone staying longer term. Breakfast was delicious (we had scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy). They also had cereal, waffle maker and fruit. 4 different juices. Juices were a bit watered down but wasn't awful. Easy off and on freeway. There is some construction but wasn't terrible getting in the driveway. Staff very friendly!

Bathroom was newly renovated. Tub is VERY slippery. My husband slipped and fell taking his shower. Would suggest management spend a few bucks and put bath mats in the rooms (another room complained about this issue as well). Other than that had zero complaints.

I stayed in a two queen bed suite. It was a very clean, large room with excellent lighting. The staff was so nice. The staff greeted me when I walked in with a smile. My room was upstairs and I have a bad knee, but I was up for the challenge. My roommate was well worth it. My family tried to get me to star at a 5*, but when I read the comments from previous guest I was sold. I don't regret any of my stay. The amenities were the best.

No Grits for breakfast. The breakfast staff was excellent.

The property fit my need to be close to the local university and near restaurants. The room was adequate and the kitchen was functional with dishes, pans, full size fridge, and dish washer.

As stated in reviews there is the highway noise but it didn't seem to bother me as much as I expected. I did ask to move but changed my mind as it was like having a white noise machine. If you absolutely don't like noise, ask for a back side room. The pool was in a bad state and was unusable. We were told it was the rain that caused the issue and needed pool treatment. The property was undergoing renovation so the parking was mostly blocked on our side of the property - stairs unusable and more walking for us...

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very kind. The rooms were much bigger than expected and hand everything plus some of what you would need for a multiple night stay. We were able to bring our dog as they are pet friendly and that was a plus for us. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but everything looked fresh each morning!

We stayed in room 232 and our only complaint was there was no base rubber on the door. There was about 1/2 inch of openness under our door that allowed a few gnats into the room (were there when we first walked in) we took a towel and rolled it up and put it between the door and the ground to close up the space. After that we had no other problems with the sunlight or gnats bugs etc.

Clean, very friendly staff (they all loved our 6month old daughter) breakfast was great, blackout blinds, full sized fridge and dishwasher, stovetop and cooking utensils

Pool was closed which was the main negative. Hotel was on main hwy which was noisy but inside the room could barely hear it with our white noise machine. Our 6month old daughter was able to sleep through the night, access to the room was from the outside giving a motel feel but the inside of the rooms was to a hotel standard.

I have been traveling to Beaumont every two weeks for months, I’ve jumped from place to place because I wouldn’t find a place with an affordable rate and it also be clean. This is an amazing place. So clean, and refreshing. Staff was amazing, and the bed are the best beds I’ve slept in. The water was hot, which doesn’t seem like much to ask for, but apparently it is. I was amazed with the full kitchen and space. Bathroom were amazing.

Nothing, it was really awesome. I’m hoping the rates will increase just a little to keep the place nice with good customers. I’m scared the current rates will bring in cheap customers and they will destroy the place.

This motel room had a complete kitchen including stove and dishwasher, and there is a separate laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. We enjoyed the swimming pool in the hot humid weather. Varied help yourself breakfast was provided of egg,sausage, biscuit, cereal, bread and cake. walking distance to a tasty Italian restaurant.

Being by the main road it was a bit noisy.

Hotel is newly renovated - very nice! We had a kitchenette in our room! Very spacious room - comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was typical, but nice assortment is food. Fundrcorations in dining areas - mid-century modern. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Each room had its own entrance from the street, not in a hallway.

Road noise from highway, but it wasn’t bad.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room. The staff I dealt with were very nice and helpful. I've made a number of trips to Beaumont over the last few years and this may be my favorite place. The kitchen is far superior to the others. Much, much appreciated.
