It was clean, the location was perfect, beautiful scenery, decent breakfast, hot tub and pool are awesome. Good deal for the price.

The pillows were lumpy, I left with a cramp in my neck. The coffee was gross and they don’t have creamer. I had to hunt someone down to give us more towels and toilet paper (the lady at the front desk told me I had to) Lady at the front was sleeping on the floor when I went to check in. I had to ring the bell and holler multiple times before she finally woke up to check me in.

The kitchen hostess presented a hot delicious breakfast for a lot of people of lots of age groups. With a shy smile she helped everyone get what they wanted to eat.

The WiFi didn’t work well and difficult to connect to even with help from the front desk check in clerk. After resetting the routers twice it began to work but very weak. Wasn’t a big deal for us as we were there for one night to do some early skiing the next morning.

Nice hotel, well located. Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean but small. Enjoyed the location near City Market, Restaurants and REI. Urban location in Ski Town, but relatively quiet.

Front desk women were not that friendly. Elevator went out one morning and stair was down hall. They fixed elevator pretty fast.

The staff was wonderful! Everything was very clean, and the breakfast and front end coffee bar stayed stocked. The pool and hot tub were nice with a beautiful view.

The hotel was dated but it looks like there was construction going on or getting started. The outdoor hot tub wasn't working The pool could have been cleaner.

Room was very clean, TV was surprisingly larger than we are accustomed to, AC was perfect with controls that keep fan running, nice view, breakfast was better than most.

Very commercial area, an old soda vending machine with little selection, and no diet soda or water, some staff not friendly and seemed to not understand English.

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was very spacious. The pool and spa were great, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff there were super kind and were absolutely the best. The staff went out of their way to ensure everything about my stay was great. I would definitely stay there again!

The bed was fantastic. Mattress was a new foam type excellent. Room was a great size. I had space to lay out my ski clothes so they would dry. Good variety of tv cable channels.

The location was excellent, right in the middle of it all! The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and made me want to stay there again! The outdoor hot tub was awesome to sit in during the snow. Recommend!

The indoor pool was nice, but the water could have been a bit warmer. That's just something small though, the place is great!

We were snowed in an extra day, but it was a lovely place to be snowed in. The town was good and food was good. We could walk to a lot of places. The outdoor hot tub was wonderful. The exercise room was great. Views were excellent.

Breakfast was good, but More variety is nice, too. Otherwise all was good.

We loved the hot tubs inside and outside. The breakfast had eggs, sausage and ham every day and could use more options/variety and pastries.

The internet was somewhat intermittent and hard to connect computers. It was fixed while we were there.
