Value for money, location is walking distance to SM. Buffet breakfast was really good and yummy.

I had use cup and utensils which were neither washed or picked up by the cleaner. It just stayed in our room despite our beds being done and room / toilet cleaned. Also, late one night we had no parking. There was one available right at the entrance but the guard asked us (and respectfully guided us) to park on the inclined road right after the guard house which was a bit uncomfortable. Then as we were entering the hotel, I noticed how he let a dark ute / pick-up park on the vacant spot in front of the entrance. I dont think it has a sign about priority or anything for the disabled. I just dont find it fair.

My stay at this hotel was overwhelmingly positive. The location was incredibly convenient, being so close to the mall. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with several standout dishes such as the longganisa, the scrambled eggs, the smoked fish paired with salted eggs and tomatoes, etc. that I looked forward to each morning. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a great bathroom with a hot and cold shower, a hairdryer, and a complimentary kit. The staff were consistently helpful and accommodating, always ready with a smile. Wifi is so reliable. Finally, the fast elevators were a definite plus, making it easy to get around the hotel.

Despite the many positives, there was one issue that slightly impacted our stay. The bed in our room unfortunately squeaked quite a bit, which was a little disruptive, particularly when trying to get my newborn to sleep. However, this was the only real downside to an otherwise exceptional experience, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at the hotel.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. They make the guests feel very at home because of the warm reception and assistance they provided during our short stay in Baguio for the conference. The aesthetic design met my expectations about how a cozy hotel in Baguio should be. The food in the restaurant may not be that extravagant but sure the selection for the breakfast menu was well-planned and taken cared of. I would like to let my family experience the same when we go back someday for a staycation. Keep up the good management!:) My second visit last Dec. 5-8, 2024 had been more meaningful since I was able to share the same experience with my colleagues who were as happy as I am because of the homey ambience El Cielito provides to its clientele. The breakfast selection for the buffet is still as enjoyable as it was before. The staff is as accommodating and friendly as they were during my first visit especially Ms. Liberty and Ms. Gweneth who handled couple of misunderstandings with much patience and understanding. Thank you for making our stay in Baguio a very memorable one because of the unwavering care for us as your guests. With that I can say that I can never settle for anything less whenever I think of going to Baguio!:)

Free water refills from a common water dispenser. Good location. Tourist spots are walkable from here. The room is more spacious and modern than I expected.

There is only 1 elevator which was far from our room and the lobby so a bit of a hassle if you are entering from the lobby instead of the basement parking which is almost always full. I'm pregnant so there are times where I have a difficulty with stairs but I think it's just fine for abled people. There is also not much sound proofing so I can hear the other occupants in other rooms when I'm passing through the hallway not sure if our room is like that as well.

We requested a room that was not on the side of the road so it was quiet at night. Hot water in the shower worked, contrary to some online reviews. The breakfast buffet was amazing, it changed everyday. Personnel were hospitable and kind. It was also very accessible and close to Session Road and SM.

The food we ordered one night was A la Carte. It would be great if rhey just narrowed down the menu and made sure it was good.

Great location! 3-5 minute walk to Upper Session Road. Free secure parking, too, for the entire duration of our stay. The Trancoville aircon buses also pass in front of the hotel so if you don’t want to drive your car around Baguio, you can just take a taxi or the Trancoville Bus for a quick trip to Session Road, Market, Burnham Park. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of delicious dishes plus flowing coffee. We had a very pleasant stay. We will stay here again when we go to Baguio for our next trip.

It was a comfortable, clean room in a good location that wasn't a long walk from banks, the main shopping center, bus depots, and the main strip - Session Road. The staff were very welcoming and delightful, and the buffet breakfast was a good variety and delicious.

The entrance is hard to find and the layout of the floors is odd. There is also a water dispenser per floor rather than providing drinkable water in your room.

Same experience as what I had years ago. They initially gave me the wrong room, which was not what I had booked. I reminded them again of what I booked, and that's the only time they gave me what I paid for. See my review years ago. It's the same experience. I'm not sure if it's just me or if it's an ongoing thing.

We arrived 3am for our 2pm check in and the owner gave us a temporary room for free, what a great difference it made because we were able to sleep well and had lots of energy to do some sightseeing that same day. Food was excellent, simple dishes were made outstanding. Staff were exceptional. Front desk was commendable. Housekeeping went above and beyond. Inner patio was lovely, interiors and furniture classy and artistic.

Place was clean and staff were very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and slightly different each day. Location is great as close to the mall and about <15mins walk to the bus terminal which was handy.

Aircon stopped working after power went back on. Good thing fan was working.
