The staff were really friendly. The breakfast was what you would expect. It was always well stocked. The area to eat was always clean. The staff honored my request to be put in a room on the top floor in a quiet part of the hotel since I was spending a whole week and had to work while there.

The location has some restaurants within walking distance, but they need more sidewalks to get to other restaurants safely. I didn't have a car after the first day I arrived.

They have a good variety of food for breakfast (meat, potatoes, scrambled eggs or mini omelets, waffles, cold cereal, yogurt, juice, breads, muffins, boiled eggs) 3. The staff members are helpful and very friendly 4. They even put out freshly baked cookies every afternoon 5. They have coffee and lemonade available all day 6. Mini fridge and microwave in the room

1. The water pressure was great, and the shower had plenty of hot water, but the sink water would not get hot no matter how long we ran it. Except sometimes 2. The parking lot isn’t very big

The breakfast offerings were excellent and on par with the Hampton Inn. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. The location is good and right off of Nashville Pike which is a major road leading to Gallatin and/or Nashville.

I like cotton sheets on beds. However, I slept okay.

I always love how respectful and clean the hotel and the staff are and the rooms are big and spacious and very neat and very nice and clean as well.

well, this location is right by everything you need and it’s in a quiet area, secluded area, safe area and everything is right there at your fingertips.

Breakfast was very nice and the free drinks when you arrive along with the fresh cookies was very nice also having treats for dogs was also very nice! Hotel is extremely clean, front desk worker was very kind and helpful! The bed was amazingly comfortable very clean room! Totally enjoyed my stay there for the evening! Will stay there again when I come back through town! And will recommend to my friends and family!!

Room noise!! Could here the other guest pretty easily! They might have just been noisy!

Tv remote only worked the first two days. I discovered this in the middle of the night. The conditioner dispenser in the shower was broken. Some of my clothing was picked up with a towel and never located. I was under the impression the housekeeping would not be there unless I requested it, so I saw no problem with rolling clothing in a hand towel. I notified the desk staff immediately, But the items were never found.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff was all so nice, hotel and room were exceptionally clean, bed was very comfy and the staff honored my request to have a room in a quiet area. Honestly the overnight stay was perfect! Did not have the breakfast.

Nothing could have been better for me. Perfect!

This exceeded my expectations. The hotel was beautifully decorated, clean, updated, comfortable, and the staff was AMAZING. Great parking and bonus perks like breakfast, cookies, coffee and hot chocolate. I was absolutely impressed. It was a great surprise as I had to stay out further from Nashville this time and the area had plenty of food and things of convenience accessible.

Convenient to Nashville-quiet, close to family that lives there, nice area. Staff at hotel were excellent. Coffee and breakfast great! Gym small but has enough to do a short workout. They even have washer/dryer on first floor if you need one.

Everything was great!

This was a fantastic hotel for the reasonable price! The room was very clean and seemed to be newly renovated. My husband appreciated the size of the TV!

Only drawback was that the elevator was a little slow to get to our floor, but that was truly my only tiny complaint.
