The breakfast was exceptional. We were there for 3 mornings and every day was delicious. Egg and cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, biscuits and sausage gravy, turkey sausage, regular sausage, bacon, hot, fresh cinnamon rolls, bagels, pancakes ,cereal, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, muffins, fruit and even "to go bags" to take with you. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was right off the interstate, very convenient. The bed was very comfortable.

It was a quiet and clean hotel that was not very busy at the time. It was renovated last year so everything was still pretty new and nice.

There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. I know some of these renovations have that but I think it’s such a bad idea. You cannot remove odors, and there is the chance of developing mold over time. Plus there were some gross spots on the ceiling that need to be cleaned- most likely caused by a lack of an exhaust fan.

The walk-in shower room with the Jacuzzi tub was excellent room for the price. The room had two TVs one in the bedroom area one in the living room area. The room could also be separated by sliding doors excellent room for the price .The hotel’s location was within walking distance of the venue we were attending the next day.

Definitely like the fact of having good body wash, shampoo, hand soap etc stationed in the shower. Iron iron and ironing board already in the room. Fewer trips downstairs. Even though I am a smoker, I erfer non smoking rooms due to the odor. Staff was super friendly. Dining area was clean and stocked well.

I would have liked self made waffles at breakfast. Just because I am a waffle person, and I would prefer an earlier check in time.

Jayson was helpful when checking in. Paulette, who oversaw breakfast was very friendly, helpful and just a joy. The breakfast area was spotless and the food was the best I've had in that type of setting. Paulette was constantly cleaning the area and making sure the food was well supplied. Would go back again.

Can't say I had any issues. Location was right. Parking was good. No issues with noise.

Pool was great especially on hot day. Decent location for all of the softball tournament locations. Didn’t get a ton of room cleaning so we had to take out trash and ask for clean towels, paper, trash bags. Room was clean and bathroom decent size for everyone. Staff accommodating with the last minute change since we added another player from the softball team. Breakfast was consistent but kids were bummed about the pancake machine being down the entire week.

Some slight mold in shower and room wasn’t serviced frequently enough.

The breakfast was exceptional. The facilities were very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will plan to stay with Holiday Inn Express in the future. Thank you for the clean room and comfortable bed.

The desk clerk was training another. He was very pleasant, personable, informative, and welcoming as was the trainee and a manager. The price was very reasonable. We enjoyed the decor. The A/C heat unit worked quite well as did the huge TV. And the shower. Nice! I have difficulty with tubs, and it was much like an accommodation for me. The shower head enthralled my husband! We highly recommend this place. Also, it's close to a great Mexican style restaurant, Casa something which is a very short drive from the hotel. The free buffet in the morning was one of the best with many cold and hot selections.

There was no bacon at the morning buffet breakfast.

The room was clean, spacious and welcoming. The shower was equipped with a handrail. The staff was pleasant.

The only complaint I had was about the breakfast. There was a lot of choice, but the egg patties and turkey sausage were not good. There was a orange juice came out like water with no taste.
