Very very clean. Neat. Updated rooms. Best pillows. I had a nice 7day stay. Staff was always helpful even late in the evenings when I would get off work. Great location for walking to the convenience store and eateries. Special shout out to the house cleaning dept!🙏🙌🎉.I was a solo traveler and felt safe. Nothing shady or weird going on. I'd love to stay again!

Just a tad bit noisy when people heading to their rooms. But that's because some people are just loud period.

I like the location. It was close to everything that I wanted to do. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable, It was also quiet which I enjoyed.

Nothing I didn’t like about the property except there could be more parking. The only thing I can think of is, this is the second time that I’ve stayed there and each time my key was deactivated after my first night when I paid for two, and when I went to get it fixed, the was just kind of rude about it

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was friendly. I was only in town for one night, so it was a quick trip, but I would choose this property again if I return. This was graduation weekend, and I was late in making a reservation. Most places were booked, or the rates were crazy because of the timing. Red Roof was the least expensive option I could find, and I wasn't expecting much. However, I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my choice. I had been in town two weeks previously and stayed at the nearby LA Quinta. In my opinion, the Red Roof was the better stay.

My biggest complaint would be the shower pressure was pretty low. But, I don't hold that against the property or staff. Other minor inconveniences would be no breakfast options. We had to leave early in the morning to be at the event by 8 a.m. it would have been nice if there had been a breakfast available at the hotel. Even if it had been like a to go bag with an apple or banana, a muffin, bottle of water or something along those lines. But, I knew that wasn't available going in, so again, I don't hold anything against the property or staff.

Close to the airport

Room was a little run down; furniture, carpet, wall, etc

Staff very professional and courteous. Good lighting in room. Climate system worked well. Wooden floors, no carpet. Room very clean. Was fortunate to find a parking spot directly outside the room door on the ground floor. (Rooms are external). Had all the typical amenities. Electrical outlets with USB ports built into the night stands just below the top was an interesting touch but hard to notice at first. Close to restaurants and gas.

This is an older hotel that could use some cosmetic upgrades. Could use new mattresses as well. Ours had a slight curve in the middle, but the sleep wasn't bad. Overall though, the rooms are clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the furthest room from reception so it was much quieter than other rooms we passed. Bed was comfortable; towels were big and fluffy and shower was HOT. We got a free Uber organised by reception staff as hotel shuttle driver had left work. Jennifer who checked us out and drove us to the airport was very friendly and helpful also.

Room did initially smell like wet dog when we first walked in but a few minutes of running the AC cleared it.

Proximity to the airport, room was perfect for what we needed.

Communication about room type. The property emailed me after I had made a request for a handicap room saying they had it taken care of, but that wasn't the case when we arrived. I had to pull up the messages so the front desk clerk would change the room.

Helpful receptionist when we arrived at Nashville airport. The room was very clean and comfortable, will stay here again.

We were emailed an invoice that was 2x what we had booked and prepaid for the room, suspect was an automated invoice, as not charged this. As both times we were at reception there was someone discussing their bill, think the charging system may need fixing.

Good , affordable, friendly staff, great reliable free airport shuttle, clean rooms with functional bathroom and lots of restaurants nearby within walking distance. Will return soon.
