The bed was amazingly comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and had good variety. You didn't starve or want for more. They also had drinks at the front desk along with snacks and dinner foods u could purchase to microwave if you didn't wanna order out or have delivery, and the best part is dog food and free treats!

The maintenance seemed to be lacking. We had a leaking toilet and a broken door on the microwave. We called about them, but no one ever came to even look at it. The lobby toilet had a messed up seat in the handicapped bathroom, and the other bathroom was out of order.

I personally want to thank you for a outstanding service when we came into Nashville and stop another hotel with our reservation information and they could not find the confirmation on their system, unable to speak ENGLISH and they didnt like my daughter and son in law service dog and we have her papers with us. They told to contract our website with we on holding for over 20 minutes and decide to not stay at that hotel.

On Saturday after we left the room and came back later in the early evening that housekeeping didnt come and pick up the dirty towels.

We liked the layout of the room, nice suite. Wonderful breakfast in the morning.

Walls were paper thin, could also hear airplanes overhead, and a couple maintenance items needed attention like a torn screen on the outside window and the closet door was broken/off the rail.

I felt welcomed at check in. Front desk staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable also. Breakfast was good too with a lot of choices.

The kitchen staff was not friendly. They were talking trash and laughing about guests and did not fulfill wants for condiments for breakfast. They made us feel very uncomfortable

Icemaker did not work. Coffee maker did not work. Bedroom tv had weak signal,bad reception, and a LG remote for a Samsung tv. When the heat comes on the heater wakes you from your sleep in the bedroom. room 211

Close to Nashville center. Comfy beds. Adequate space. Breakfast bar. Good value for the money.

They booked me a room for a person with disabilities which I did not need or require( shower built for a wheelchair) which was hard to use without water all over the bathroom floor. This meant using some towels on the floor to contain the water. The parking was not adequate for the number of people staying at the hotel.

Good location very close to everything we needed. The hotel is under construction but was still nice and clean.

Oatmeal at breakfast was too runny.

The staff was very friendly! They were very helpful.

Renovations are needed. Our air was not working in our first room, so we were moved to another room, and it didn’t work well.

Eerything was excellent with one exception in that the lady who check us in on a Saturday. I told her I had a reservation and she told me that does not mean anything. I told her that I reserved our stay online and she still preceded to tell me that does not mean anything. She then looked me up and checked me in. I would highly recommend the lady be retrained in customer service. Otherwise, all staff was extremely nice, professional and courteous. This was the only issue I experienced during our stay.

I liked everything. The hot breakfast was delicious with many options. The full kitchen was nice. The living area and bedroom were spacious. I appreciated having a couple of televisions. I will come back.
