The property is easily accessible by interstate or surface roads if you want to stay away from the interstate. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The complimentary parking and breakfast were welcomed! There was always fruit flavored water and apples or oranges available in the lobby.

The hotel is on the flight path at the end of the runway for the Nashville airport. The planes take off or land over the south side of the hotel depending on the wind direction. If you have plane aficionados in your group, it’s fascinating to see. Honestly, it’s cool to see from the parking lot because you’re so close. If you want to sleep late it’s pretty loud if you’re staying on an upper floor. But coupled with the price, location and room comfort, I would stay here again.

The location was very convenient to the airport, and an easy commute to downtown Nashville and the surrounding communities. The breakfast was better than most that I have had at hotels, with good selections and refreshed timely by staff. The hotel, my room, and the breakfast eating area was very clean. I saw staff cleaning on a regular basis. Parking was great; super convenient. The area felt very safe, too, which is important to me since I was traveling by myself.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

Breakfast was better than expected and the staff lady was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The gentleman who took me to the airport on the shuttle was very kind and helpful as well.

Stayed 3 nights and room was only cleaned 1 day.. I was in the room the morning it wasn’t cleaned until noon. No one came in after I left to clean. This was Sunday, September the 8th. That was the only disappointment.

We came back in on Saturday night and could not find a parking space at all. Even all the handicapped were used. Not used by handicapped because no tags with it showing or the handicap placard which I have and couldn’t even use.

The young man that checked us in was excellent! He went above and beyond asking us what brings us to town and what our plans are. The advice he gave was great and even suggested a few places to try. Definitely a people person. That night when I came in, it was a little after 10, There was an older man (in a wheelchair) who was not friendly at all and he prob should not be working the front desk. He seemed to have an attitude when I asked what time the hot tub closed, he said “it’s closed.” I said ok what time does it close so I know what time for tomorrow? He answered me but then I also had to ask what time it opened. Like he could have just said “it’s open from 7am-10 pm daily.” He just seemed very rude. Glad that was the only time I had to deal with him.

The room was one of the cleanest established hotels I’ve stayed at. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed mattress was firm and was rather hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. Overall the shower, wifi and cleanest was the best part, if the mattress was more thick and soft it would be a solid 10

The property was close to the airport and the grand ole opry which is where my daughter’s event was so super easy to get around.

The TV was a little screwy and the refrigerator had a button you had to push and would automatically shut off not keeping the food cold.

The safe was absolutely friendly as my husband and I check in. Alyssa was ready to assist us and making sure if we needed anything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. As we check out the next day Mehan was helpful and friendly. Alyssa and Mehan were very friendly and professional.

Staff was really helpful. Property was clean as well. We got lucky to find this place. We drove 10 hours to another hotel that we booked a few weeks prior. Once we got here to Nashville, the hotel we booked through booking.com did not have our reservations and would not work with us. So we had to scramble to find somewhere to stay. We found this great hotel. We are happy the other place didn’t work out. We will be staying at another Fairfield Inn, in Chattanooga. Nice hotels.

Clean and Comfortable, the people and staff is the best in Nashville. They are really excellent.

Everything is nice, clean and good except the internet weak. a lot of airplane noise being at 05:30 in the morning.
