Breakfast was better than expected and the staff lady was very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff were very kind and helpful. The gentleman who took me to the airport on the shuttle was very kind and helpful as well.

Stayed 3 nights and room was only cleaned 1 day.. I was in the room the morning it wasn’t cleaned until noon. No one came in after I left to clean. This was Sunday, September the 8th. That was the only disappointment.

The young man that checked us in was excellent! He went above and beyond asking us what brings us to town and what our plans are. The advice he gave was great and even suggested a few places to try. Definitely a people person. That night when I came in, it was a little after 10, There was an older man (in a wheelchair) who was not friendly at all and he prob should not be working the front desk. He seemed to have an attitude when I asked what time the hot tub closed, he said “it’s closed.” I said ok what time does it close so I know what time for tomorrow? He answered me but then I also had to ask what time it opened. Like he could have just said “it’s open from 7am-10 pm daily.” He just seemed very rude. Glad that was the only time I had to deal with him.

The room was one of the cleanest established hotels I’ve stayed at. The only thing I didn’t like was the bed mattress was firm and was rather hard to get comfortable and fall asleep. Overall the shower, wifi and cleanest was the best part, if the mattress was more thick and soft it would be a solid 10

Staff was really helpful. Property was clean as well. We got lucky to find this place. We drove 10 hours to another hotel that we booked a few weeks prior. Once we got here to Nashville, the hotel we booked through booking.com did not have our reservations and would not work with us. So we had to scramble to find somewhere to stay. We found this great hotel. We are happy the other place didn’t work out. We will be staying at another Fairfield Inn, in Chattanooga. Nice hotels.

It was very clean and comfortable. The location was good, there were stores and food near by, not too far from downtown. They had a jacuzzi. Most of the staff was friendly. There was complimentary breakfast available with plenty of seating, also a cooler with other drink options available for purchase. We traveled with another couple and they did accommodate us and put our rooms near eachother as requested.

The breakfast could have been better. the eggs were very watery, I had a puddle on my plate. There was no pool.

Clean and Comfortable, the people and staff is the best in Nashville. They are really excellent.

Everything is nice, clean and good except the internet weak. a lot of airplane noise being at 05:30 in the morning.

Four nights stay and the bed was only made once. Trash emptied only once. I only had the sign on the door when I was using the bathroom. The floor was not cleaned/vacuumed my entire stay.

Front Desk staff was extremely accommodating. I was early arrival on both dates and they found a room I could check in ahead of schedule check in. I needed assistance printing my flights boarding pass and again they made it happen. Breakfast was fresh and service again was friendly and accommodating.

I loved everything about the property

There wasn’t anything that I didn’t like about the property. It’s pretty close to everything. The only thing you are very close to airport. So you’re constantly hearing planes flyover. Other then that everything else was fine

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great selection of food and drink items. Staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely plan another visit to this location.

A bit noisy at times when the airplanes were landing and taking off. That is understandable considering the location.
