We always like the big grounds and being up on the hill. We like the fact it's sets alone on that big property. The hotel is just beautiful and always in perfect condition and well taken care of. The staff is always top notch too.

The new parking lot gates and the apparent parking fees...... Come on do you really have to charge for parking at a $300.00 a night hotel..... I don't think so!

The room was nice, the location was nice, the accessibility was nice. Hotel was clean. Bar and bar food were really good.

The "heat" event had a ton of barely clothed children running around the hotel at all hours of the day and night. There should have been a warning for those of us who were not there for that event. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Not great. Bar raves about specialty cocktails online, but has no drink menu. You can order food from the bar to the room, but not full menu was available, which was weird since it had such a small menu anyway. Ordered a handicap accessible room because I find it hard to step into tubs without falling. Wish there were more walk in showers in hotels.

The location of the hotel is about as good as you could ask for if you're looking for close but not in downtown. If you're traveling to the airport it's perfect. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! We liked that the rooms had little balconies with furniture so you could sit outside if you wanted to. We didn't get to use the pool but it was right outside our room and looked very clean and inviting. Checking in and out was a breeze. Live entertainment in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. We also didn't get to visit the bar or restaurant but I know from a previous stay that the food and drinks are good and the staff is friendly.

Very quiet room. Extremely comfortable beds. Lovely, spacious, comfortable lobby, bar and courtyard. Very clean hotel. The pool was clean and had a lovely view of planes taking off and landing. Impressive grounds driving up to hotel. All the staff were wonderful.

Toilet was ridiculously low to the ground. Light by the front door flickered sometimes. Felt like the wifi should have been free. Although hooking up to wifi said it was $4.95/day (per device??) then it turns out we weren't charged for wifi. Confusing. Dinner food was mediocre for the price. Our room was quite a hike from the elevators and lobby since I walk with cane. The outdoor key fob did't work one day resulting in a long walk around to the front door. The hot tub surface was very rough (snagging swimsuit) and looked not clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself at the facility. My wife and I took a spare of the moment trip and this place was perfect. I felt like I was in a real upscale hotel. The staff was delightful and the room was pleasant.

The room was at the far end of the hallway. This led to a long walk to the room, lobby, or to our car. Didn’t really appreciate having to pay for parking but I understood the reasoning. I wish that the amenities of the hotel was closer to the room. The hotel menu didn’t have anything I would want to eat. I’d probably would have eaten at the restaurant if the lobby wasn’t so far away from my room.

Room was excellent with one of the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept in. The breakfast had big selection and wonderful waitstaff. PET FRIENDLY!

When I first arrived, I was told they did not have my reservation and to call my booking company. I found my confirmation number and asked him to look it up again. He did and found my reservation. It was under my middle initial, not my first name. It was a Great relief, as my vacation had not been going well and I was spent! He accommodated my request for a bottom floor room, making it easier to walk my dog. What didn't start well, ended up being an excellent stay.

Was there for a conference, otherwise would not have chosen to stay in such a high end place away from the city I was visiting. It certainly had all the amenities - pool, gym, etc but did not use them. The room was great, the food excellent. If you are hearing impaired, note that the meeting rooms are not looped. TV in the room could not be used with closed captioning. Frustrating.

Beautiful property with all of the amenities we needed. Enjoyed the swimming in the indoor heated pool. The outdoor pool is also beautiful but it wasn’t heated so a morning swim could’ve been chilly.

I did not like to be hit with a surprise charge for a deposit. I did not realize I would be paying a deposit with my credit card. I was told it would be returned within 10 days.
