The indoor/outside pool were both great. The fitness room was exceptional. I actually liked the shampoo and conditioner that came with the room. It smelled so good and my hair was soft and shiny.

The extra fees i was charged (without tellin me)for parking even though this location is in not near anything that would be a reason to make people pay. Its dwn a street thats part of a business complex area so dont get why that was a thing. Also being charged a $100 deposit without knowing beforehand that would apply then it took 4days to get back after i got it back they took the 21.00 to park i never agreed to any of that.

Very friendly staff. The beds are firm yet comfortable. The valet guys, absolutely wonderful! Although the hotel is close to the airport and interstate, the rooms are very quite, and we faced the interstate side.

No microwave in the room. There was no kind of paperwork in the room meaning no channel guide or directions of any kind. Everything is on the TV which is Ok except we were not given any of this information at check in. We had asked for a step in shower, didn't get it. Will know better next time to ask for a room closer to the main elevator. When you use a cane to walk, it takes a while to walk 100 yards.

we really liked this hotel... good location, excellent rooms, beautiful, clean, everything is thought out to the smallest detail for the convenience of guests' stay... and what varied and beautifully decorated breakfasts in the restaurant! a swimming pool with a jacuzzi, where you can watch planes take off, a good gym, a lobby where it is pleasant to sit with a cup of coffee, a bar with a good selection... In general: the service is at the highest level thanks to competent management... I would especially like to note: DcAngelo at the reception and Shenouda in the restaurant! You are professionals in your field... Thank you! And as for us... we will definitely come back more than once 😇

Breakfast came with the room I assumed it would be for my husband I amd the kids but it wasn’t we went into the dining area and way immediately approached with breakfast is 19 per person we just looked then informed breakfast came with the booking we were then informed well it’s only for one person no our butcher states two oh ok well you don’t have to eat now you can come back I was confused about the treatment but nonetheless we walked out and came back about 30 minutes later

We always like the big grounds and being up on the hill. We like the fact it's sets alone on that big property. The hotel is just beautiful and always in perfect condition and well taken care of. The staff is always top notch too.

The new parking lot gates and the apparent parking fees...... Come on do you really have to charge for parking at a $300.00 a night hotel..... I don't think so!

The room was nice, the location was nice, the accessibility was nice. Hotel was clean. Bar and bar food were really good.

The "heat" event had a ton of barely clothed children running around the hotel at all hours of the day and night. There should have been a warning for those of us who were not there for that event. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Not great. Bar raves about specialty cocktails online, but has no drink menu. You can order food from the bar to the room, but not full menu was available, which was weird since it had such a small menu anyway. Ordered a handicap accessible room because I find it hard to step into tubs without falling. Wish there were more walk in showers in hotels.

The location of the hotel is about as good as you could ask for if you're looking for close but not in downtown. If you're traveling to the airport it's perfect. The beds and pillows are very comfortable! We liked that the rooms had little balconies with furniture so you could sit outside if you wanted to. We didn't get to use the pool but it was right outside our room and looked very clean and inviting. Checking in and out was a breeze. Live entertainment in the lobby was a pleasant surprise. We also didn't get to visit the bar or restaurant but I know from a previous stay that the food and drinks are good and the staff is friendly.

Very quiet room. Extremely comfortable beds. Lovely, spacious, comfortable lobby, bar and courtyard. Very clean hotel. The pool was clean and had a lovely view of planes taking off and landing. Impressive grounds driving up to hotel. All the staff were wonderful.

Toilet was ridiculously low to the ground. Light by the front door flickered sometimes. Felt like the wifi should have been free. Although hooking up to wifi said it was $4.95/day (per device??) then it turns out we weren't charged for wifi. Confusing. Dinner food was mediocre for the price. Our room was quite a hike from the elevators and lobby since I walk with cane. The outdoor key fob did't work one day resulting in a long walk around to the front door. The hot tub surface was very rough (snagging swimsuit) and looked not clean.

I thoroughly enjoyed myself at the facility. My wife and I took a spare of the moment trip and this place was perfect. I felt like I was in a real upscale hotel. The staff was delightful and the room was pleasant.

The room was at the far end of the hallway. This led to a long walk to the room, lobby, or to our car. Didn’t really appreciate having to pay for parking but I understood the reasoning. I wish that the amenities of the hotel was closer to the room. The hotel menu didn’t have anything I would want to eat. I’d probably would have eaten at the restaurant if the lobby wasn’t so far away from my room.

The property was well kept.

There was one restaurant on the property, and the food was HORRIBLE.
