Rooms were modern and clean, beds are comfortable. The included breakfast was delicious and both the wait staff at the restaurant and the front desk staff were top-notch. They have a mini Starbucks on site with drinks and snacks, a sundries area where you can purchase snacks at any hour, and a restaurant and bar onsite. The airport shuttle service was fantastic. Note- the pool is permanently closed. Overall I had a great stay here.

Cleaner on my floor was awful. Rolled her eyes when she tried to enter the room at 8am and I asked her to come back in an hour when I would be leaving (thankfully I speak fluent Spanish as she did not understand any English). Came back before the hour but not before I had to listen to her entire facetime call with someone in the hallway (she continued to talk to this person even when she came to my door). Then complained that she has to go to another floor and didn't want to wait for me to leave the room or come back later. I asked for towels and told her not to bother cleaning the room. She did not match the level of professionalism of the other staff at this hotel.

The property is nine minutes away from the airport. It’s obviously, an older property, but well maintained. Frequent by travelers and airport staff. The inside of the property was beautifully appointed very welcoming atmosphere. The staff at all Marriott hotels that I’ve been happy to be a guest Have all been very congenial and extremely friendly, acknowledging guest presence by speaking in the hallways and asking if they can assist in someway. A situation occurred in the room. I was given it was a loud rattle in the air-conditioning system. It made it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk Taniqua immediately offered to cop the room or give me a different room. I opted for a different room. She sent a staff person up with the keys to the room and look for a trolley to assist me in moving. A perfect example of the Marriott staff eagerness to accommodate its guests.

The parking seemed a little outdated.

It was very nice. The front desk people were very polite and helpful. Beds were very comfortable. I love that the shower had a handheld, detachable head and there used to be a Keurig coffee maker in the room! (Finally!)

Just for me, personally, I didn’t realize the size of it which means a little of people. I’m very uncomfortable around a lot of people. Their “dinner” is served at their bar. The setting is very informal, which I like, but the menu is a bit too fancy especially for a “bar” setting and quite expensive. We chose appetizers and my Granddaughter chose lemon pepper wings which were completely inedible. The lemon combined with salt was so strong, she just couldn’t eat them. I tried them as well. Wow… completely awful! We were told they’d be removed from the bill but then told we would get 8% taken from the total which I felt was unfair.

Staff were incredible - upon checkin Xavier on the front desk was efficient, upbeat and welcoming - even offering a much needed glass of champagne. Lauryn at the bar was also incredible with her customer service. She worked to make our time in the restaurant and bar fabulous. Shuttle bus to and from the airport so great - efficient and a money saver. Efficient and no cost storage of luggage at checkout. Breakfast included and a great selection of food and drinks.

Unfortunately there was an issue with the room as the carpet was soaking wet near the air conditioner. As we were unpacked when we realised...and too tired to change we just let them know the next morning. Everything else in the room great.

Breakfast was great- much better than most hotels. I would have enjoyed more variety, but I liked what I ate. The hotel itself is nice- I loved the furnishings and ambience. The room was spacious, and I was impressed with the little details that were included such as a bath robe to enjoy along with slippers and luxury spa toiletries.

My main complaint was the added taxes and fees- along with the surprise added cost of $22 for our car to be parked there during our stay. What started as a $150 a night cost ended up at $208 after all of that. I would not have chosen this hotel had all of the information about additional costs been made more clear and obvious.

I must say I enjoyed my stay ! Was close to everything which was a plus . The staff are very nice and helpful . The rooms are very nice comfortable bed . Overall is was a great stay .

The only I didn’t like was entering and exiting the property. You have to use your room key to let you in and out for some reason wasn’t working . They give you barcode thingy to scan but mines was only working once . So I will have to reverse my car and go into the hotel to get a new one everytime my biggest dislike but the staff was very nice issuing me one of everytime

Big, classy, secure, clean. Everything was exceptional

I booked last minute and was surprised at the required $22 upcharge for parking, there is zero street parking or off-site parking that isn't another hotel lot. Booking should include $22 in any advertised pricing for this location. After getting my bill and reading further into it, this is disclosed but should be reflected in the advertised price or at least very conspicuously displayed. Overall my fault though and I suppose people using shuttles and rideshare wouldn't receive any parking fees.

Our room was very spacious with dedicated place for suitcases. Bathroom clean. There is a pool and restaurant, although we didn't try either, so can't comment further. Breakfast had plenty of options. Hotel is close to airport and has free shuttle service.

AC in our room (706) was very very loud. We had to turn it off at night, otherwise we couldn't sleep. Luckily it wasn't too hot when we were there. Bedlinen looked slept in, hopefully only because they didn't iron it, not because someone actually used it before us. Hotel has no shops or restaurants close by.

Everything was lovely, comfy and clean at this hotel—and parking was plentiful, but I’m really writing this review to talk about the restaurant. Fast, friendly service, good cocktails and GREAT FOOD! We had the burrata salad, which was fresh and lovely, and the branzino (yes, I said branzino!) entree with brussels sprouts and roasted fingerling potatoes. Juicy, flavorful, DELICIOUS! We weren’t really looking forward to a quick meal in the hotel before going to catch a show—but we will next time!

Nothing. Can’t wait to go back!

I'm very familiar with the city and this building, it's not a "new" building by any means nor is it overlooking a majestic landscape...but it's a Hilton and where it counts they live up to it. Rooms are very nice. Beds even better. Water pressure in the shower, eh have had better, but it's not low quality by any means. Honestly just nitpicking there. Whoever designed the elevators knew what they were doing. You'll rarely wait long and the place has way more guests than you think, and those things are humming. Very underrated feature.

With anything you could find small items to nitpick here and there but honestly I have nothing negative to say. Location isn't the greatest in the world but if you know the city and are moving about to and fro....it's actually a phenomenal location, but I could see tourists (especially at night looking for food or something) a little stuck. But again, no negatives here, would never turn down staying here.
