Older hotel, but it's reasonably updated. Common areas on the main floor were nice and inviting. The hotel staff was very friendly. Bed was comfortable but not great.

Bathroom was very small for a suite style room. Some mold seen on the ceiling above the tub. Not expected in this brand of hotel. Basically this is a cookie cutter of the OG run Embassy Suites that can be found all over the country. Probably was an amazing experience when it first opened. Imagine being able to sit down and watch an episode of Dallas or Magnum PI in a "living room" in your hotel room. My room has two TVs and two phones. Wow! Fast forward to present day; the competition is better and this place feels old. Painted cinder block walls in the hallways? Cube refrigerator on the floor? Bathroom that is only as deep as the tub is long? Yikes. It's 2025. Do a little better if nothing for the name alone.

It just smelled like a little sewer problem, but other than that overall, everything was great.

The convenience of free breakfast in the morning. I like to have a suite so that there can be separation and ability to watch TV shows differently from other member of the family. Allows for private moments.

ATM wasn’t operating. I didn’t like that cash couldn’t be used for items in the snack room…Had to use a kiosk and debit card to purchase. When cash can’t be used, everyone has to spend more in fees. No security in the parking lot, but are charged a daily parking fee.

Free real breakfast, including made to order omelets! Free drink happy hour. Restaurant open late. Fantastic staff. Room was so comfortable. I could adjust the temp to my liking. Airport shuttle easy! I would definitely stay again and recommend to friends, in fact already have! Adult only swim 10 to 12. Free wifi. Easy to connect to.

The pool seemed a little cold to me but I get cold very easy it was probably perfect for anyone else. Internet was free but found it dropped at times.

We enjoyed the common areas, the restaurant/bar, the happy hour and breakfast. We also loved the separate living areas in the suite.

One elevator was broken on our side and it made getting down take a frustratingly long time. It felt pretty dated to me inside our room. It looked like new TV and dresser but really old living room couch and chair.

The breakfast selection was good. Orange juice seemed watered down. Need actual sausage in the gravy used on biscuits.

I did not like the fact I had to pay for parking at the hotel I was staying at. That's also the first time I've ever had to do that. That so wrong on so many levels. Draft beer at the bar was way overpriced.

clean room with already made sofa bed upon pulling out. The on-site restaurant and the complimentary happy hour with free soda and snacks for kiddos and alcoholic drinks for adults.

The bathroom in the pool area was disgusting and overflowing with poo and toilet paper and wouldn’t flush, it smelled really bad. When the sofa bed was pulled out there was barely any room to walk around it which you had to do to get in and out of the room. You must pay for parking per day. Which is crazy because I’m paying to stay here why am I paying to park here too ?

Best inclusive breakfast I’ve ever had at any hotel. Huge cooked-to-order omelets were probably the best I’ve ever had, period! Tons of other breakfast choices too. Food at onsite restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Also liked cocktail hour in the evening.

Hotel decor and furnishings a little dated. Kind of stingy on towels, toilet paper, soap etc., although they would provide extra upon request.

I called ahead to let them know we’d get there late - we are a family of 6 and I’d booked a room that could accommodate all of us. Upon arrival we were told that there were no rooms of that size left. Super frustrating! They split us into two rooms instead, and only charged the minimal fees for the second room. Not the best way to start the stay, but the rest of it was very good.
