THE ENTIRE STAFF WAS OUTSTANDING!!! This is a definite positive reflection on the General Manger Dee, her vast years of management experience in hospitality, was professionally demonstrated in how well she interacted with her employees and the Hotel guests!! I had to extend my stay another week until my new Apt was ready, and CHOSE TO STAY HERE; also already RECOMMENDED this Hotel to my family and friends that will be coming to Nashville this year! Special THANK YOU to the amazing staff member Gloria and GM Dee for making my first day as a new resident in Nashville , so welcoming! They were so helpful with recommendations and directions for getting around the city! The daily breakfast was FRESH, HOT AND DELICIOUS, consistently replenished, GREAT SELECTION TO CHOOSE FROM! No noise issues (day or night), Housekeeping team was so accommodating and pleasant. Parking Lot, lobby, hallways, elevator's, breakfast area, and room was VERY CLEAN! LOCATION IS PERFECT AND SAFE, conveniently right across the street from major stores for necessities or casual shopping and dining! I was truly happy and SATISFIED! Karen B.

The water temp was luke warm and didn't get hot enough for ME (BUT, that's just a personal preference thingy). LITERALLY NOTHING TO COMPLAIN ABOUT!!

The location was great. Close to so many attractions, right outside of Nashville and near lots of food and shopping. The bed and pillows were so comfortable too. I would stay again now that I know what to expect. Great for the value, but I think it's be hard in the summer since it just got into the mud 80s while we were there.

The bathroom had a pocket door and the shower had little too no water pressure. They made good use of a small space, but the water pressure needs an update and you better be prepared to smell everything in that bathroom. Also, the air conditioning felt like it was struggling to keep up. I'm normally cold and I was pretty warm in there.

I loved how I was greeted when I checked in and then each consecutive day I stayed. Being happily greeted means so much. Lobby area was nicely decorated. 24 hour coffee is great! My room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff changed my towels regularly and took out the trash, which was wonderful since I stayed 10 days.

The continental breakfast was not the best. Eggs were okay, sausage was unfortunately not good at all. It would be lovely to have more gluten free options if at all possible? Maybe muffins or breakfast rolls?

The hotel was much nicer than expected for the price. The bedding smelled great and seemed new. The breakfast was hot and there was a lady there making sure they had plenty of food and people were happy. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. They were so nice and friendly. They were aggressively welcoming and helpful. If I was traveling a lot again I would stay there every time I was in the area just for the fellowship and kindness. Next time I’m in the area I’ll try to stay there.

Everything was better than expected.

Extremely clean, the hospitality was amazing. They went above and beyond when in a very Hot summer day the AC was working perfectly in that particular room and maintenance had already left for the evening, they immediately came up and switched the room for me and offered me refreshments etc. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend for both quality and value. Oh yes FREE Breakfast! And they have a lot of breakfast options as well!

The lobby and downstairs always looked and smelled clean. The staff is amazing. Our toilet didnt flush so they just moved us to another room across the hall immediately.And the breakfast is something else!! So many options...hot and cold, and always full. The beds were amazing and theres a sleep app they provide to you to help you fall asleep and rest well. It really is an awesome place to stay. If we ever come back to Nashville, we will definitely be booking here again!!

The pool needed to be tended to a bit more. Broken umbrellas, I had to use the net and clean out the stuff floating, and cushions on chairs had bird poop on them.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the Sleep Inn Nashville. The room was very quiet and nicely decorated. The beautiful and large walk in shower was a nice surprise! The breakfast bar was minimal but the items were fresh and hot! I had an event in attended the first day and when i returned the room was fresh and clean! I would highly recommend this property! Very well maintained and the staff is very friendly! Thank you !

Everything was great no complaints!

Front desk staff was wonderful! The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit. It is located right off the interstate, which was very convenient. We did not end up eating breakfast there, but the dining area looked nice.

We were two rooms away from an ice machine, which was pretty loud. We were also on the top floor and the water pressure in the shower was a bit low.

This Sleep Inn was the nicest one that I have stayed in, to date. The room was clean, the beds were very comfortable and thre hotel was, overall, well maintained. The breakfast was nothing special, but it was good and there was plenty of food and variety available.

Nothing that I can think of.

Loved the lighting in the room - options to make it bright where I can see well enough to read and work, or dim with only lamplight

Had to ask for conditioner and another roll of toilet paper because they weren’t left in the room. But no issues - they supplied it quickly and easily
