Breakfast was amazing. Staff was friendly. Rooms are quiet and comfortable. The location is in a safe and clean area. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed that the pool was closed. If I knew that I would have picked a different motel. The bathtub was clogged, and I had to dig out a huge glob of hair from the drain clog stick I got from Walmart. It removed the clog in the drain. I should not have had to do this myself. I used to work as a housekeeper, and this is something the housekeepers should be alerting the maintenance to do on a daily basis. There is no excuse for guests to taking a shower and have to be standing is a tub of water because it won't drain.

The lobby was nice. Breakfast is free. The beds were comfortable. The room was spacious and modern. There was NO mold, and the room was CLEAN.

There was a smell of backed up drains throughout the hotel.. It was hard to tell if the hotel was on its way up or on its way down. Such as, the bathroom had nice new shower tiles, but the tub was stained. Whoever taped off the room and bathroom before painting did a poor job as there was over spray on many things. The wall corners and furniture corners were banged up

The breakfast was very well prepared and offered plenty of variety for all typesof breakfast lovers from a waffle station to cereal and yogurt or biscuits, scrambled eggs and link sausage. The room was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the staff was friendly, efficient and accommodating even during a busy holiday.

There was a minor confusion with the payment at check in however it was quickly resolved by staff without incident and everything was charged appropriately. No complaints.

The location was good not too close to town so could travel easier, close to the airport so it was always quick to get a Lyft driver. The breakfast was pretty good.

I had expected more from the room from the description of it where I booked it but it wasn't bad. The staff was okay but could have been a little more professional. I would stay there again.

Friendly staffing. If you needed anything, they were there for us. Example, at our arrival, we did a walk through on our room for any minor or major problems in our room. We noticed only 1 minor problem in our suite's bedroom. The inside door handle was slightly broken off, out of place. I took a picture of the handle, and went straight down to the front desk showed the picture the front desk assistant, which happened to be the hotel manager, (extra-nice), at the time. He said we will take care of of it that next day. And it was "DONE"!!! Housekeeping also.,"Awesome", they asked if we needed anything the 2nd day stay. We requested for extra towels. They were right there for us, "DONE" with a smile ☺. And asked if we needed anything else. Mann, out of most hotels I have stayed in, and we have stayed in a lot of them. This hotel. To me and my wife, this was one of the best. VERY CLEAN AND FRESH SCENT HOTEL (TO BE CLASSIFIED AS A 2.9 * HOTEL) (FELT LIKE A 5 STAR *****). AWSOME PLACE TO STAY. OH, JUST REMEMBERED THE FRONT DESK ASSISTANT WHICH HAPPENED TO BE THE HOTEL GENERAL MANAGER COVERING FOR HIS NEXT EMPLOYEE TO ARRIVE. HIS NAME WAS > Mr. Larry Hawkins. This guy was the greatest! Very professional. He needs an AWARD!!!

The people who cook breakfast was really bad . They have attitude issues. They didn’t want me to get my food and take in room . They said they will charge me if I take any food to my room. And they was like don’t take to much food . I couldn’t understand what they are trying to do. If they can change their attitude it will be great .

Staff was very friendly. Since I had my own vehicle location was great location as it was not far to downtown and was close to OpryMills and other amenities.

Hotel is a bit older and needs some fixes like access to side door key card access didn’t work most times, pool wasn’t clean (didn’t have time to use it but noticed it), smoke detector was missing in my room, my tv quit working twice, and the music in the elevator was way too loud and annoying.

It was very close to the airport and they offer 7 days of free long-term parking if you stay at the hotel!

Getting the van at the airport was not as smooth as other places I've used before. I could barely hear the person on the phone and she seemed irritated that I needed help. Also, it took quite awhile for the van to show up and it has no distinctive markings to indicate who it is associated with.

Clean comfortable stay....

Breakfast looked great however I didn't get to try it because of some stupid policy about not being able to take it to our room.... My daughter with anxiety had asked for me to bring her a plate to our room... I was rudely told no and if I did I would have to pay some kind of fee..... I have never heard of such a policy.... So, we won't be staying again....

Breakfast good, we had reservations through booking.com and they screwed us, but comfort suites Nashville was very accommodating. I would give 6 stars if I could.

There is nothing better, we had a little problem in our unit and it was taken care of in minutes.
