Front desk staff SUPER friendly. We had a hiccup with check in but they were so kind and informative about it and got us taken care of. The rooms were very spacious and the lobby smelled amazing and everything was super clean! We did not utilize the restaurant but you could purchase breakfast on property from 6-9 am. Our room had a coffee maker and plenty of towels and the beds had very thick blankets which we loved!

We arrived 20 mins after normal check in time, they had told us housekeeping had not added king rooms into the system meaning they had zero king rooms ready yet. Not a problem they were super kind about it and immediately called down to see what the hold up was. Front desk staff super friendly and we said we would wait because our downtown plans didn’t make sense to start before we were able to check in. More people came for check in and we waited for an hour and the first king room open was given to someone who had just walked in. Somebody came up and apologized to us and got us in the next room and thanked us for our patience. All around very friendly staff who handled the situation very well!

Loved my stay this past weekend at Nash Haus. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was a good distance from all of the spots I visited and is fairly close to downtown as well. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We had access to the gym and there is free parking. We requested an early check in and later check out and the staff made everything super easy. Will be staying here again next time we come to Nashville.

Nice, good renovation. Quality of renovation work could be a little better - some things were not done as well as they could be done, and this relates to how long it will last. For example, caulk in the shower could be more thorough. Some openings in the caulk will lead to leaks that will ruin finishes.

The remote is not mated to the TV. We got new batteries, and I checked that it is sending IR signals. It is. It just doesn't work to adjust the TV. The place was clearly very low occupancy. You think you're saving money by not having a franchise flag. Sure, you spend less, but you also have fewer guests. If you keep doing that, the quality of your guests will decline very quickly and you'll be back to a fleabag motel soon enough. Nearby hotels, even with low rate flags were far busier than you were. Cost cutting measures cause a decline in quality of the property and the guests. It doesn't work. You'd do very well as a Hyatt House or Marriot Garden Inn, or even a Quality Hotel.

It was clean. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly. Cory even remembered that I had made the reservation. The location was great. There is a walk in shower and the soap was bougee. I will be returning on my home. Also, the price was good.

Paying for parking? What’s up with that? How am I supposed to get there if I don’t drive?

The front desk staff. Corey was my guy!!! He made me laugh, I was able to ask for accomodations and he took care of me. I felt bad because we checked in Friday night. He was there Saturday morning when we left for the day to go to Nashville was there still late Saturday night possibly Sunday early morning when we arrive back at the hotel and was still there Sunday afternoon. Seems staffing maybe an issue but I am happy he was there.

No real amenities. Coffee was basic no real way to get any type of food, doors weren't working with keys to come in and outside other than that didn't really look at many any other things.

The location and friendliness of the two staff members I seen. Bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing!! I will definitely be staying again soon hopefully.

Seemed to be shady people outside all hours of the night and security drove through never said anything to anyone and speed off. Didn't give me the idea they would help if needed.

The location is excellent because of proximity to the airport. The airport shuttle service was on time and excellent.

The hotel restaurant needs much improvement. The service was extremely slow plus there needs to be more vegetarian options.

The hotel is beautiful, and clean. The staff is super friendly!

When we arrived to the facility we were told that there wasn’t breakfast provided and there wasn’t a shuttle either. The last night when we went back to the hotel I saw a sign that said something about the attendant was out on the shuttle and would return shortly. Then when we were leaving there was snacks, coffee, and drinks all sitting out.. I just feel like they weren’t consistent in these areas. Besides that, we enjoyed the hotel!

Very clean, updated. A breaker got blown and included my tv. Front desk attendant said only thing he could do was move us rooms. I decided just to go to sleep and didn’t move. 2 days later my entire stay was reimbursed. I didn’t ask for that and thought it was very nice. Thank you !

Just kinda noisy with airplane traffic. It got quiet at bedtime though

Staff was welcoming. Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Convenient to everything we wanted to do with a much better rate

TV did not work... I had read this on other reviews so brought my laptop. We were able to hook the laptop up to the TV by the HDMI cable and play a movie on the TV. Kitchen closed down.
