We stayed here during a trip to Nashville in March and overall had a really good experience. The place felt cozy and homey. We were pretty comfortable the whole time, and the location was super convenient.. Anything we needed was just a short drive or walk away.

We didn’t feel the need to complain because it wasn’t that bad, and we understood it wasn’t a 5-star hotel.. some people live here, and we respected that. That said, it did smell like someone had just smoked weed in our room before we got there. The shower also leaked and ended up flooding the bathroom. We cleaned it up ourselves because that shouldn’t fall on the maid, but at the same time… it also shouldn’t have been our problem, especially after getting back late from a concert when all we wanted to do was shower and go to sleep. Didn’t ruin our stay though.

It in a very nice area and employees are very nice a respectable.

There is nothing that I don't like. I just wish that they had like a discounted weekly rate because that would help me out a lot because I have been here going on 3 weeks..

Great to have the hotel so close to the airport, especially getting in late from Australia! Connie at the front desk was awesome and when there was a mix-up about a payment she sorted it immediately.

Had fridge and microwave, so I was able to cook in the room. Those are the amenities I care about most when traveling. The room was spacious and had plenty of electrical outlets.F

Fridge was in need of maintenance, and making periodic noises.

It was very comfortable could have had coughing makeup spoons and stuff for the kitchen but they said we had to receive that from the front desk and that was okay too

I didn't like it I went to try to check out and couldn't find anyone

Clean room, roomy bathroom, was fairly up to date, lots of parking

Room was noisy due to staff/other guests and the airport noise is auditable but not over bearing, parking is tight for a larger vehicle

They charged me the pet fee for 7 days and I only had my pet for 2 days

The location was quiet and the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The price was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful

No coffee pot or vending machines.

Very comfortable beds, lots of parking, close to Nashville, mini kitchen with full-size fridge and kitchen chairs.

The toilet was slow flushing, and we needed to ask for a plunger. They offered to come to plunge it for us, but we were ok with keeping it just in case.

it was clean and quiet

there was NEVER anyone in the office whether to answer phone call or in person. And when I went to check out (had some questions), could not reach anyone. One of the workers was able to get the ‘manager’ and when she got in the office, she was rude and acted as though I was disturbing her ……….not professional at all!
