Front desk very efficient and always friendly. Always working to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Handled adversity extremely well. we had an issue with booking.com and the staff was very helpful all the way through. enjoyed your breakfasts completely and the staff is excellent.

Hated the fact that I couldn't get a clean towel from the clean staff, but had to take the used towels to the front desk and trade for clean towels. I am sure your agents or your incoming/outgoing guests didn't appreciate it either. Also your key system is terrible. On 4 different occasions in 2 different rooms we had to return to the front desk to get a different key. And still it took several tries to get them to work.

The hotel was decent. Beds were more comfortable than most I go to. Breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage,waffles, cereal and apples.People and staff were friendly. Close to Grand Ole Opry.

The only 2 issues I had was I ended up getting charged $211 dollars for some kind of authorization charge but I told front desk and they said it was a mistake and refunded my money same day. And we stayed 4 nights and no one came to take trash give us clean towels or check too make sure we didn't need anything. We had to go to front desk to ask for toilet paper and fresh towels.

The second room was wonderful. It was on the other side of the building. It was nice to have a balcony in every room. I would go out and stand on. The other thing is that families live there.

The back rooms are right next to the interstate. So all I heard was traffic outside all night long. So I didn't get much sleep. You have to get to breakfast early in the morning. Or the families living there take up all of the food for breakfast. When the hotel runs out of food, they don't replace it.

The room was better than expected because of the price. The bed was comfortable, and the fridge was so cold. Christpher was so great. He worked the front desk and helped us so much and he was always upbeat. The breakfast had so many choices. I would definitely go again. I thought the pool was an indoor pool (my fault for not reading correctly), I told Christopher about my mistake and he told me there was a way for me to swim. We were leaving so next time I will definitely take him up on that

The only thing I could think of is the water wasn't hot enough. Maybe because we were on the fifth floor but not sure. It was luke warm in the shower. I really wanted a hot shower after hours for being in the car. The hand sink also was not hot.

The place was clean,,it's located 5 minute walk from Bus stop the #18 will take you downtown,also its 7 minutes drive to the Airport, the Hotel has transportation included and uber was between 10-13 USD to downtown The staff was amazing I want to specifically thank Ana and Irma from Housekeeping. Moreno Front Desk and the Shuttle bus driver they went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant THANK YOU! Wifi in the room and public areas is good

The Shuttle from the Airport took a bit long we had to call the hotel twice

Room was very clean. Breakfast bar much improved. Better selection of food. Clean area. Aware of the renovations taking place, so some areas are understandably being refurbished. Reception area very clean and modern. Staff were excellent. Shannon really pleasant and helpful. Pity the pool is still out of commission.

No major problems. Considering renovations are taking place. Some issues are understandable. It's a pity the pool is out of commisiion, especially during the height of Summer.

The breakfast didn't have many options, and the shuttle bus takes 6 hours off - yet when I had a very early flight , he came before schedule by 30 mins just for me, which I highly appreciated

The location was good. Easy on the hwy. Not far from Opryland plus not too far from going downtown Nashville. I won't knock this place because the employee was really nice. Housekeeping was great at keeping things clean.

The breakfast was good for me. But that could just be me. Eggs and sausage tasted weird. But the muffins, bananas and apples were good. They kept everything full during breakfast time.

The property manager, or general manager or head person in charge whoever it was was wonderful. In the original room I was in the heat would not come on. of course I notified them and they sent someone up promptly to take a look at it. The problem was he only spoke Spanish, and so I could not communicate with him. He did not fix the problem. So when he left, I called the manager again she promptly came up knocked on my door, gave me a new room key across the way and helped me move my things from one room to another. She was on the ball I would definitely stay there again.

Christopher (front desk) was helpful, kind, welcoming, very organized & effective at communication. He demonstrated characteristics of leadership & hospitality that are often seen in high-level positions of management/leadership & high-end hotels. Housekeeping staff friendly. Room basic, but clean.
