The property was clean and well maintained. Upon entering the building to check in, I was immediately greeted. I wish I knew her name but the young woman who checked us in was very kind and welcoming. When we walked in the room the first thing we noticed was the warm smell of vanilla, that was a definite plus for me. It smelled absolutely amazing. I am very attentive to hotel cleanliness when traveling, cleanliness is a deal maker or breaker for me. The room was exceptionally clean and spacious. We were completely satisfied with it. We always bring our own bedding and towels/washcloths etc. however I did look for the sake of people who search reviews like myself. I did not notice any stains on the any of the linens. Beds were a bit too firm for us, but not horrible. There was breakfast, it was ok.

There were no real deal breakers for us. We would recommend this hotel, but there were a few things that we just didn't like. Again for the sake of people like myself, I will share my opinion. The area did not bother us, but some would probably say the area appears to be a little sketchy. However, the property is well secured. I did not like that there was only one elevator, however for us it never took very long. It felt like maybe it needs a little maintenance though. There was a musty stench in the hallway leading to the room. I did not like that the sink was not in the bathroom. Again, none of these things were deal breakers and we would definitely stay again and recommend, but I love honest reviews, so I leave them as well.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise, not just because of the popcorn in the lobby. We were upgraded to a suite thanks to my Genius level. The hotel was modern and felt like a place you would want to stay for awhile. It had comfortable beds, good lighting and lots of plugs for charging. The shower was hot with good pressure. There was a gym available and a decent hot breakfast in a comfortable eating space. This hotel is near the airport. They have gated outdoor parking. It was easy to take an Uber downtown.

The booking listing did not have the banner stating breakfast included. It was included.

With the exception of the elevators being inoperable, our stay was superb. The staff were exceptionally friendly, the breakfast buffet was excellent with many offerings (eggs, sausage, turkey sausage, cereals, juices, bagels, biscuits w/gravy, etc), the room was very clean/comfortable, and we couldn't have hoped for anything better.

WARNING: Be advised that as of June 29th, 2025, the elevators were inoperable. My wife and I had minimal luggage and are healthy, so being on the top (5th) floor wasn't a problem. However, I overheard many elderly people at breakfast complaining to each other about the issue. We also watched many elderly people struggle to use the stairs (which are located at the end of the hallways).

Good location for the Grand Ole Opry. Beds were comfortable. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Free parking.

The staff aren’t particularly friendly or welcoming. We stayed here a year ago and had the same problem with staff. Check in was long winded. They only want to see ID for the person the room is booked under not for the person who is actually paying for the room when both are travelling together and sharing the room. The receptionist pointed to a sign saying this but we’d literally just walked in to check in and it was thrust under our noses.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. Every employee there was helpful and friendly. Entire property was clean from the parking lot to the lobby, elevator and hallways. The beds were very comfortable and huge. The room itself is stunning as well. We had a funny smell when we entered our room but realized it was from the vacuum cleaner ( just spray some air freshener or light a candle and it’s gone) You can login into your Netflix and other accounts as well. Location is great, just seconds away from the highway and 15 mins away from downtown. Also there’s shopping centers, restaurants and other stores 5 minutes up the road. I can’t wait to visit again. This will be the only hotel I will stay in when I come to Nashville.

Excellent value for money considering it was about one fourth of the price compared to anything decent downtown. Could still get to Broadway in 15 min by Uber for $11 when parking near Broadway was over $20 for 2 hours… Rooms are simple but large enough and clean.

The first night the power went out for over 2 hours but it seems it was the entire neighborhood (luckily a major storm had just passed through so the lack of AC was barely noticeable but got woken up when power came back and AC cranked up again). Stayed 3 nights and had someone playing loud music on last night for about an hour between 2-3am…

My son is 20 and travels for work. It is so hard to find a hotel that allows check in under 21. This. Hotel was close to his work conference, clean, and at a great price. This is not a five star hotel but everything was clean and it was a comfortable stay for a short work trip. There was a little confusion at check in due to my booking error, but the front desk receptionist was very helpful and friendly to my son. Most treat him like he is a kid and talk down to him. Thank you to the night receptionist for being nice to him!

Fine suite. Fine big bed. Clean. Good breakfast. Very happy with my stay there. In addition it is on bus route 18 that goes to Central Bus Terminal in city centre. In the other direction bus 18 goes to the airport. 2$ per trip.

Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and courteous. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. No loud noise at night, or evidence of crazy partiers. Parking is ample and safe. Location adjacent to the bus line was ideal.

A little disappointed that when we asked, our sheets were still not changed. Not enough towels were provided either, but were able to get more when we asked. Neither one was a deal breaker though! Exercise room was very small, and and stationary bike or two would be great for older folks like me that have trouble walking but can peddle a bike!

Its a recently renovated property with ongoing renovation work. Its being done to a great standard. I had a king suite and it was great. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the area is quiet and safe, 10mins to Opry Mills / Grand Ole Opry, 10mins to Nissan Stadium, 15mins to downtown broadway. Theres not much around the property that I saw on foot except a gas station just on the opposite side of the road but with a car everything is close. And even if you dont, they offer a free bus that drops you off downtown and on broadway from early morning til 23:30 so getting around is easy. I will definitely be looking to stay again next year when Im back in Nashville and Ill be telling all my friends about it.
