The room was clean and larger then expected. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom curtains made it possible to sleep in after the sun came up. The complementary breakfast was wonderful.

We unfortunately stayed during a snow storm which made exploring the property difficult. The happy hour was cancelled every night we were there due to the weather. I understand why they cancelled but it would have been nice to have happy hour since we were all stuck inside the hotel. There was not a bar or restaurant on site which made all the food we ate take out.

Clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and attentive staff - I have stayed here multiple times and have always been treated well and enjoyed interacting with them. They are top notch. Nice to have coffee and tea available all the time and a good breakfast.

Once again, the Wifi is really bad. I've complained in reviews about this before so I'll not go into it. Considering how easy it is to purchase signal repeaters to remedy this, it's disappointing that after a few years of having it pointed out that it still isn't better.

Although we paid for a room with a king bed, we were told all the rooms with King beds had been taken so they upgraded us to a “suite”. That was a very nice surprise as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary on this trip. Staff were very nice & extremely helpful answering questions, there was a shuttle for $20 per person RT if you wanted to go to Broadway & not drive your car, the room was very spacious, free breakfast

Our room was located closer to the highway side of the property and every morning there were loud trucks passing by early. It’s not the hotel’s fault but that was the only thing we didn’t like.

Staff were amazing throughout our stay. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast buffet was great. Whirlpool was wonderful. Shuttle driver Mark was great, $20 each, but covers drop off and pick up anytime before 12 midnight. Very good price for service. Free drinks & nachos were a great bonus. Being Canadian, this hotel was amazing for $100 CDN a night. It was definitely a "Bang for our Buck"! 15 minutes from the airport, $20 Uber (tip included)

No restaurant, but you can do Uber Eats. Remote area, not much around.. but again... You can take their Shuttle to & from Music Row with Mark. OR Uber anywhere Outdoor pool, no indoor for this time of year! But again, minor detail. Highly Recommend this hotel!

This was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had in a long time. Plenty of tables, variety of food was great and good coffee. The hotel was very clean. Many hotels ask you at check in do you want your room cleaned and new towels daily. You feel guilty saying yes, but you pay enough you should not be asked. This hotel did not ask, they just cleaned and gave towels daily!! Oh and it advertised "no pets".....awesome. We saw no pets. Though close to airport, not too loud. We were there a Mon-Fri so it could have been quieter because weekdays stary. One neat perk, they have a happy hour 5-7pm daily. They give you coupons for 2 free drinks in the evening. Staff was friendly, attentive and easy to communicate with. Loved the parking lot gated for security. It didn't seem too unsafe an area, but is on a street that was a little off main streets. Great stay!

Only negative was, it did appear the building itself could use some eaves and trim outside paint.

The afternoon desk staff was great! Very personable, and offered great suggestions on how to enjoy the area. Complimentary cocktails & hors d'oeuvres were a nice touch, too.

We had few problems with the facility. Our room was clean and well put together. The door has to be slammed to stay shut (which was a bit annoying), but that was minimal. But what we didn’t like had nothing to do with the facility, itself. Continental breakfast goers, this is not a personal cabin or lodging facility. This is a shared space. A proper bath or even wearing something other than a nightgown to the dining room would’ve been wonderful. The food looked and smelled great, but others lack of manners and attire encouraged us to take a hard pass at grabbing breakfast.

The breakfasts were very good with a variety on the buffet. The pool and the grounds are beautiful. We loved the Happy Hour drinks that were provided and if you weren't a drinker they had soft drinks. Plus, we loved the shuttle bus into the City. I'm not sure what we would have done without it. The minimal amount was well worth the headaches of driving and parking.

The hotel was obviously updated through the years and done well. Although the air-conditioning is now adjustable on the wall, the actual unit is very loud. But, it did drowned out my husbands snoring. I'm not sure if that was good or bad because my sleep still eluded me. Also the bathroom toilet could have been situated a little farther from the wall. It's a good thing that we are fairly thin people.

This is the third time we've stayed in the hotel and, once again, it was great. Good top-floor room with balcony, comfortable beds, lovely pool area and plentiful breakfast. This year, housekeeping was way better than it has been in previous years and our room was serviced daily to an excellent standard by friendly staff.

As we tend to stay for over a week due to family living nearby, we would appreciate more hanging space for clothes! It would also be great to have a mirror and shelf in the bathroom. These are very minor issues, though. It would be more eco-friendly to have reusable cups, plates and cutlery if possible.

This hotel offers an impressive breakfast selection, far more diverse than many others. It’s my second stay here, with the first being 12 years ago, and remarkably, the quality remains just as high. The cocktail hour was a fantastic bonus, and the free parking added great convenience. The laundry facilities were also excellent—modern machines that worked well, and they were available both times we needed them.

The room can be noisy due to its proximity to the highway, but after requesting a room change, the difference was significant. The hotel itself feels quite dated, which may not appeal to everyone. Additionally, it isn’t close to public transportation, so we relied on Uber to get downtown.

I love the pool. It was located right outside our door. It was very convenient. It was clean and not too crowded. Very nice!

While the rooms could benefit from more thorough cleaning, particularly the microwave and carpets, which felt slightly sticky, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of this property for the price. The lobby and dining area were clean, offering complimentary mint-infused water and a really good breakfast selection. The pool area, including the water itself, was exceptionally clean, crystal clear and refreshingly cold. In the evening, the patio was beautifully lit with music playing, creating a charming atmosphere. Overall, it was a wonderful experience at a great value, and we look forward to returning.
