I was attending a training session and the location was perfect. The staff was very helpful. When the shuttle didn’t pick me up they sent car service. Although I generally prefer a hotel the full kitchen amenities would have been great if I was staying longer and was traveling with my friends or family.

I wasn’t able to connect with free WiFi for the duration of the time I was there and missed a couple of online meetings. I hadn’t stayed at Residence Inn before so didn’t know that I would be in a little bungalow away from the main building and having to walk outside to get to my room was not great especially at night.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. If i ever needed a hotel in Nashville, I would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, due to the location of my room, I had to park on the opposite side of the building. It was not a real issue. I was just a little nervous because I left so early in the morning alone. Overall a great stay..

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! The staff was always helpful and friendly. The breakfast cook, Roberto, was amazing!!! The food was delicious, he kept all the breakfast items well stocked, and he worked hard with a smile on his face the entire time!

Good location nice sized rooms I like the gate, which gave an extra sense of security. Nice breakfast (except the eggs didn’t look good)

We did have to kill a cockroach in the room, but it could’ve come from outside. Everything else appeared clean and sanitary.

Clean, basic room with kitchen and fridge. Great staff, friendly and accomodating.

Older building and when second floor residents walked around the floor squeaked and kept me up. Get on second floor if at all possible.

After reading other reviews, I was concerned about what my experience would be like. However, I had a great experience, one very different from what I read. I loved the full kitchens. Quiet location. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Quick and cheap Uber ride to downtown! I felt safe with key access only to the parking area for guests.

There were no linens for the couch bed in the room.

Wasn't expecting much really. But when we walked in I was very impressed by the room. Clean and didn't smell any lingering smells like cigarettes. Relaxing and comfortable

I wish there was more garbage cans. There was only one which was in the kitchen area .

Nice experience

In listing shuttle to airport was available. Upon arrival, hotel stated shuttle no longer available. Therefore, we had to call uber which round trip cost us $40.00 that was no expected

The hotel was very competitively priced and close to the airport. Hotels in the city have become very expensive. This is a good hotel with a lovely breakfast.

Everything. This is probably one of the best properties we have ever stayed at. The employees we encountered were all amazing and super helpful. Room was very spacious for the price. Breakfast even had gluten free options.
